Staff very friendly. Food was great, breakfast and evening buffet, and you can choose from several options for the main course in the evening and at lunchtime. The treatments were very good, as were the inductions, so there was plenty of free time in the afternoon.

Communication in German was very poor. The bus ride, which was included in the booking, was very poor. There were German and Russian guests on the bus, but not even a hello or goodbye was said, let alone a few pieces of information in German. We were pretty helpless if at least a few Russian guests hadn't translated the essentials for us. Furthermore, we had booked with wellness and 3 days before departure we received the message that the wellness area was not available. We were promised additional treatments and a 15% refund. But unfortunately we didn't get any of that, despite asking several times.
