Interhotel Central is located in the very heart of the Karlovy Vary resort zone, on Theatre Square, just 100 meters from the main thermal water drinking source – the Hot spring. The path to the spring is flat, which is important for guests with cardiovascular diseases and musculoskeletal disorders. The rooms facing the front of the building offer a unique view of the historical center of the resort, the Teplá River, and the picturesque green hills, among which the Deer Leap, one of the symbols of Karlovy Vary, can be seen.

All resort treatments are conducted in the health and wellness center located directly in the hotel Central building. The balneology department of the hotel is supplied with thermal water from the "Hot" spring for mineral baths, gum irrigation, and a number of other balneotherapy procedures.

The hotel accepts children aged 6 to 11 for treatment. The number of procedures is determined by a pediatrician, with a maximum of 10 procedures per week (1-2 per day). For children, one doctor's consultation is provided, and for children 12 years and older, an adult treatment program is offered.

Guests of the sanatorium can visit the hotel's game room free of charge 24/7, which includes a well-equipped fitness center, table tennis, and billiards. The quiet and cozy hotel lobby is ideal for relaxing and watching TV, while the top floor of Interhotel Central features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

Please note that when paying by credit card, the hotel processes all transactions in Czech korunas at the current exchange rate of the Czech National Bank.

For an additional fee, the hotel offers a new procedure called "Endosphere." Endosphere is a hardware procedure that affects the skin and subcutaneous tissues. Using a special device, a deep muscle massage is performed, which speeds up blood circulation and removes lactic acid. The procedure burns fat cells, accelerates lymphatic drainage, oxygenates cells and tissues, strengthens blood vessel walls, and helps sculpt the body. Endosphere therapy applied to the face helps smooth wrinkles, reduce dark circles under the eyes, decrease puffiness, and contour the face. The cost of the procedure is: 900 CZK (for face, 45 minutes), 1200 CZK (for face + mask, 60 minutes), 1200-1800 CZK (for body, 45-80 minutes).

Spa hotel "Central" is convenient for a relaxing holiday and passing a quality spa treatment. It is optimal for people who want to live in the maximum proximity to the thermal mineral springs, while in the heart of the picturesque spa area of Karlovy Vary. At the end of 2016, the medical equipment was updated in the spa hotel in order to improve the quality of the procedures and thereby provide even more comfort for guests coming for treatment to the spa hotel “Central”.

Attention! Check-in at the hotel is available after 14:00. On the day of arrival, guests are entitled only to dinner from 18:00 to 20:00, specifically a chicken dish with a side of their choice. Starting from the 2nd day, meals can be selected from the menu. ► When replacing dinner with lunch, an additional charge of 5 EUR is applied for the soup. ► During the period from 27.12.2025 to 09.01.2026, the parking fee is 30 EUR/day.
