This was our second time in Karlovy Vary. We were very happy with the hotel, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, the organizers of the treatments were well organized and everything was easy to find and clearly laid out. The room was also perfectly fine, the requested child's bed was set up and there was still enough space to move around. Unfortunately there are only 2 parking spaces directly at the hotel, but I asked for one of them to be reserved because I had a lot of luggage, as I was traveling with a small child. We have been coming to Karlovy Vary for 25 years now and Hotel Central is our 15th resort in this resort, so we have something to compare with. This is not a criticism, but an idea to improve the service: we thought there were a little too few procedures (15 per week). Yes, there is always the opportunity to purchase additional good procedures. But if they offered 2 different packages to choose from - for example, as in one other sanatorium there are 12 or 20 procedures per week, it would be very cool - they would definitely take 20!
