We arrived an hour before check-in time, they quickly registered us and managed to feed us lunch. The doctor was attentive during the examination. We went on a full-day excursion, they made us a dry ration, they also brought us to the hotel earlier, it was still dinner time, we asked if we could eat, since we did not make a choice of dishes. We were fed very tasty. About the food: before the trip, my wife read the reviews and was worried that the food was good. The food is good. Perhaps for someone there may not be enough variety in the buffet, but you will not be hungry. There are always enough salads, vegetables, desserts (the cakes are simply delicious). You will be offered a card with dishes for lunch and dinner (with full board), where there is an impressive choice. If you want, then you will have variety every day. I stayed at the hotel on my birthday and received a compliment: a bottle of champagne and chocolates. And many good wishes. Thank you again for that. The hotel has a great swimming pool and jacuzzi. We arrived by transfer from the airport on Tuesday at 9 pm. The lobby was dimly lit and gloomy. A serious man at the reception insistently offered us to pay for our stay in advance. Dinner hours are from 6 pm to 8 pm. A tray with dinner was left for us - 2 yogurts, 2 croissants, 2 pieces of bread, 1 thin slice of cheese, bags of honey and jam. The lobby bar was closed, although its opening hours on the website https://www.sanatoriums.com/ are indicated as 10 am - 10 pm. When we asked why they left us such a meager cold dinner, they answered that they have no right to leave perishable products (like ham, cheese, boiled eggs, etc.). Once we came for dinner at 7 pm. Only an hour had passed since the start of dinner! There were several empty salad plates (only a few slices of vegetables were smeared on the plate). When we asked to add the contents, we were told that we were the last ones and that there was no point in bringing more salad so as not to throw it away later. But, as it turned out, people also came after us and with a dissatisfied look tried to scrape something out of the plates. Breakfast was from 8 to 10 in the morning. You need to have time to drink water from the spring, have breakfast and go to the procedures with a full stomach. On the website, breakfast hours are indicated as 7.30 - 10.30. Deception again We left at 5 in the morning. And no one even thought to offer us breakfast on the road, although we paid for it. Result: the main negative of the hotel is the poor service in the lobby - restaurant and reception. This does not apply to the procedure workers, the nurses were friendly and welcoming.
