Great treatment department with amazing staff. Good food at the restaurant, especially for lunch and dinner, and very helpful waiters. Comfortable newly renovated hotel with cozy rooms. Pool area was just beautiful, everything was great there (pool, saunas, etc.) Very comfortable location right in the center of all the springs.Negatives
Very rude cleaning ladies, first time that I have a situation when they come to my room to yell at me (because I asked about their schedule at the reception and was not happy that according to the schedule the cleaning at the hotel is happening always after 14:00 which is not good for guests who are resting exactly at this time. Never had this schedule at other hotels). I understand that it's a hotel problem, they probably have a shortage of the staff but it's not an excuse for the rude behavior. The situation with electricity was a bit weird in my room (and I heard about similar things from a couple of other guests). 3 or 4 times in the middle of the night, air conditioner started blowing for about 1-2 minutes, it was loud and always woke me up. The technical guy did not fix anything. And there was also a loud electrical vibration at night from the roof (I was on the top floor) one time from some systems on the roof top.Answer from Spa Hotel Corso

Leider gibt es in unserem Gebiet keine gute Netzabdeckung, die hohe Up- und Downloadraten garantiert, aber die Anbieter versprechen Besserung. Das Parken ist leider ein großes Problem in unserem zentralen historischen Viertel. Der historische Teil von Karlsbad wurde von der UNESCO als Great Spas Of Europe eingestuft. Aus diesem Grund ist das Parken und der Zutritt zu diesem Gebiet sehr streng geregelt. Das mit deinem Geburtstag tut mir sehr leid. I am very satisfied that I discovered the Boutigue Hotel Corso and Karlovy Vary as a spa town. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, the furnishings are modern, the food was delicious, it's a shame I was only there for 5 nights...
