Very good (we were 2 people, 6 people/VP) from our point of view + initial medical examination with therapy prescription + Hotel (very clean) + Condition/implementation areas of application + Food (manageable, but always enough, very tasteful) + Flexibility and friendliness of the entire staff + quiet location However, hiking to the well three times a day is a bit of work, depending on your illness. We recommend it without reservation.

We were disappointed with the New Year's dinner, it was an ordinary dinner, they gave us a glass of champagne and 20 grams of besherovka and said that the restaurant would close at 8 pm and this pleasure cost us 100 euros, so the whole New Year and also the Notel advertisement is old, a lot of things are not true. There is more in this Notel we won't go

I wish there was more choice of baked and sweet foods and hot tea in the evening for free, as in many other hotels. The contrast stream in the spa did not work.

OMG where to start. The worst thing is the parking problem, no parking at the hotel. We had to park in a parking garage 20 minutes away because there are no parking spaces at the hotel. The food is too simple for a 4 star hotel and very meat-heavy, as a vegetarian you can't really find anything and there aren't really any desserts at the end of dinner. We are talking about a 4 star hotel here!!! The rooms are already very worn out. In our room, the ceramic toilet was broken, the sink was cracked, tiles on the wall were cracked, the joints on the bathtub were covered in red mold and the shower wall was so dirty and the door frame was swollen, etc., just unbelievable. A room with a balcony makes zero sense, the view of a wall isn't nice and it's not worth paying more money for it.

The Iris Spa Hotel pleasantly pleased literally everything: its location relative to the springs, a short climb to the hotel, a comfortable location of treatment procedures in the hotel building, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the cooks are excellent, the waiters are skillful and caring. At the reception, Anna can answer all questions; if she doesn’t know something, she will figure it out and eventually find the answer to the question posed. The medical staff is knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. The head doctor competently prescribed procedures and drinking regimen. The sanatorium offers a varied range of procedures that are prescribed by the doctor and can be purchased additionally. The well center was a pleasant surprise; you could swim, sit in the jacuzzi, and visit the saunas. The water in the pool was a little cold, but it was even invigorating after the sauna. Thank you very much, we will recommend Iris to our friends. We improved our health and left with pleasant impressions!

The hotel has the advantage that it is located on a quiet street on one side and close to the center on the other. Special props to the restaurant staff (you will never go hungry) and the maids for excellent cleaning of the rooms and attitude towards the guests. The chief doctor speaks Ukrainian. The only, but significant, minus is the Wi-Fi speed. If you need the Internet for work or even to watch something in HD, then the available speed of 1.8 Mbit/s will not be enough. It would also be great to have a small gym for meditation, yoga, etc.
