You understand that in 14 days there was not a single change of linen, we are certainly not pedants, but in 12 years of traveling this is the first such case! Moreover, for the first time we encountered the fact that in the restaurant, what we didn’t eat for breakfast was provided for lunch, or dinner, or added to other dishes! My husband had heartburn every day because of this, we came to treat his intestines and stomach)))... The staff in the hotel and restaurant were not very friendly, in other hotels we felt like family on the 14th day, this is not the case here. Regarding treatment: do not take any examination and test results with you, you will not need them at all, you will simply be asked to remove them, explain them in plain language and you will be prescribed procedures... The clinic staff is mostly friendly, but there are also gloomy and dissatisfied ones. .. There is a lot of dust everywhere! If you are allergic, this is definitely not the place for you. To be honest, it’s a shame, the hotel could have been great if it weren’t for the people working in it (of course not all of them, but most of them)... Definitely, we are no longer going to this hotel naked.

Doctor Ivanka greeted us very warmly and helped us with rearranging and canceling procedures. I liked the accommodation and it was as advertised. The food was simply excellent, there was a choice of salads and main courses.

Lack of an important procedure for us: intestinal irrigation. My wife had to find a clinic for a fee of CZK 700 per session. The “inhalation” procedure seemed to me to be something like the mid-20th century. During the 2 weeks of our stay, the bed linen was changed only once, which was explained by a lack of linen. Towels were changed daily, then every other day or two, the reason was the same. Dust is wiped off superficially. After moving in, we ourselves had to wipe off the dust in the closets and bedside table. The location of the hotel is good, right in the center.
