We stayed at the Praga sanatorium from 03/01 to 03/07/2020. A very cozy hotel. We are grateful to the staff for the warm welcome and their professionalism. Upon arrival at the hotel, we did not have a parking reservation, the girls at the reception found us a place within half an hour. On the same day we were seen by a doctor, all procedures were coordinated with the wishes of the patient (which is no less important). Thanks to the head nurse (for the injections) and the massage therapist. Special thanks to the chefs, the food at the hotel was excellent. We'll come again.Negatives

We really liked the city of Karlovy Vary itself. The hotel is located on a quiet street in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The city itself is hilly and when walking, you need to constantly go up and down. Hotel "Prague" is not located at the very top, so climbing to the hotel is not a problem. Service in excellent Russian. The food is delicious. The procedures are prescribed taking into account the client’s health. All procedures are carried out strictly according to schedule. The hotel is very clean, you can't hear your neighbors, there is an elevator.Negatives

I rested at the Praga sanatorium from November 18 to December 7, 2019. For a number of reasons, I was unable to write a review in a timely manner, but I consider it necessary to do so now, as I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Praga sanatorium, who created good living conditions and treatment for me. The hotel has a homely atmosphere and a friendly attitude towards hotel guests. Many thanks to doctors Natalya Yurievna Glavach and Pavel Vladimirovich Mikhailov - they were very attentive, massage therapist Milano for a magical massage, nurse Hana for wonderful pearl baths and other water treatments, nurse Romana for gas injections, kind and responsive Olya at the reception for help with important issues . Thanks to the cooks and maids - the food was delicious and the cleaning was clean. Many thanks to the staff of Sanatoriums.com for their help in booking the sanatorium and transfers. When prescribing procedures, your wishes are not taken into account. The procedures that I would like to take a full course of were prescribed only 3-4 sessions. Based on the experience of staying in other hotels in Karlovy Vary, this was the first time I encountered such an approach. Carbon dioxide baths without carbon dioxide (not a single bubble on the body).

This was my second time staying at Praga. The impressions are very good: everything is of high quality, from accommodation to the moment of departure. A very pleasant impression is made by the hotel staff, attentive, caring, smiling people, the excellent location of the hotel - Sadovaya Street. I liked the doctor (unfortunately I didn’t remember his name), he was very attentive and sensitive to all treatment wishes. Tasty and varied food; during the 12 days of my stay, hot dishes were never repeated. The waitress in the hall is very smiling and attentive. The room is cleaned daily, the entire hotel is very clean. At the reception you can take a thermos with boiling water, there is mineral water. Many thanks to Mrs. Romana, who does all the basic procedures and gas injections. I really liked the AKVO massage, a very pleasant procedure. Many thanks to the Sanatoriums company for their help in booking the Prague hotel. I hope that I will be able to come here again.Negatives

We stayed at the Prague hotel from 11/03/2019 to 11/21/2019. We have been vacationing in Karlovy Vary for many years, but this was our first time in this hotel. The hotel staff made a very pleasant impression: attentive, caring, smiling people, professionals in their field. I would especially like to note the work of the massage therapist Milan, the chef and all the restaurant workers. The set of procedures is mostly standard, but there are some differences. I was very pleased with the massage bed with water jets; other hotels where I had previously stayed did not have such a procedure. The hotel is small, few people, quiet, cozy. Comfortable, large rooms with high ceilings. Hotel location - Sadovaya street is one of the most beautiful and quiet in Karlovy Vary. However, for those with serious leg problems, it will be difficult, as the road to the hotel is uphill.Negatives
There are no negatives. There are wishes. In the morning, due to the busy schedule of procedures and breakfast, it was very stressful to go to the springs; I even had to skip several times. It is advisable to increase the time allotted for breakfast. And one more wish - to purchase a normal coffee maker for the restaurant; titanium coffee is still a thing of the past. Summing up the review of the Prague Hotel, I can say with confidence that I have a desire to come here again.

During water procedures, there is a very lack of a disposable towel on the steps when descending from the baths. Slippery unpleasant plastic, it is not clear how it is processed. Медицинская сестра, которая обслуживает водные процедуры, в случае необходимости, может помочь клиентам. То что касается обрабатывание ванн, соотносительно нормам гигиены и дезинфекции, ванны обрабатывают и моют после каждого клиента. Кровати так же подлежат санитарным нормам. С уважением, ЛД Прага

Некоторые клиенты ходили на лимфодренаж в наш второй отель Морава, остальным клиентам были предоставлены другие процедуры. В течении недели лимфодренаж был доставлен.
