Very nice spa hotel in a good location on the outskirts of Karlovy Vary. Great, fresh and healthy food, 15 min. walk to the city 11 treatments (massages, baths, pneumopuncture, etc.) everything perfect Healing water in the hotel and also in the park that belongs to the hotel Trip to Prague (city tour in German) Sauna and bath in the house The hotel is highly recommended!Negatives
Unfortunately, this package tour is only sold as a complete package with the door-to-door transfer from Germany to Karlovy Vary!! It is not clear from the booking that the return journey has to be booked separately. We had booked from Sunday to Sunday. However, the return transport is only carried out by Sanatoriums.com on Wednesdays and Saturdays... So we were not picked up and had to be brought back home from Germany privately. Tip for Sanatoriums.com: Please write on the booking confirmation (in red) that the package only consists of the outward transport and the hotel and that the return transport must be booked separately. Unfortunately, we also found it negative on the trip to Prague that the tour guide on the bus spoke Russian non-stop and very loudly for 2.15 hours. There were 4 of us from Germany and we didn't understand a word. Despite earplugs and painkillers, it was real torture... Luckily, a very nice, German-speaking Czech woman met us in Prague and led our small German group through Prague in a fun and wonderful weather.

One of the criteria for choosing a sanatorium was: 1. Free access to the pool. Yes, there was free access, but the pool was very cold and we couldn’t use it... because we were afraid of catching a cold in our sore joints. 2. Mineral pool, we used it once on the first day of our arrival...then it was drained and it stood empty for the entire 2 weeks...and we really counted on it.Positives

It was a completely successful spa stay. We used the spa area every day to swim. The meals were varied and prepared with a lot of love. The staff were always helpful, friendly and courteous in all areas of the hotel. We were able to relax and recover.
