Spa Hotel “Richmond” is located 1.4 km from the Hot colonnade, its drinking thermal springs and the center of the spa area of Karlovy Vary. 1700 meters to the Mill colonnade, 2100 meters to the Park colonnade. The hotel has 122 rooms: 94 double, 20 single and 8 apartments. The location of the spa hotel is, in fact, one of its main advantages, because:

Firstly, the “Richmond” is located in a very quiet place and there is always fresh air here, since the spa hotel is surrounded by a forest-park zone.

Secondly, the distance that guests of the “Richmond” walk along the Tepla river to the thermal springs and back to the spa hotel is optimal for the body to absorb the healing mineral water. The best balneologists of Karlovy Vary advise that after taking thermal mineral water, it is necessary to walk for 10-15 minutes, mineral substances are better absorbed by the body.

Thirdly, “Richmond” is the only spa hotel in Karlovy Vary, which has its own spacious park, which is conducive to unhurried walk. In the park is the spring number 14 "Stepanka", as well as a Japanese garden.

The treatment center is located directly in the building of the spa hotel, in 2015 it was completely reconstructed. It holds about 35 types of medical and health procedures, including on the basis of traditional Karlovy Vary therapeutic factors - thermal mineral water and therapeutic mud, which is used in the mud bath. In the wellness center of the spa hotel after reconstruction there are 5 types of saunas, including a unique salt sauna, the stay in which has a good effect on the respiratory organs.

“Richmond” is one of the few four-star resorts in Karlovy Vary, which has a small pool, about 2x2 meters, with undiluted thermal water. This is not a classic swimming pool, it has a more therapeutic function, since daily exposure to thermal water has a positive effect on the skin, relieves tension in muscles and ligaments, and has a general muscle relaxation effect on the body.

Spa Hotel "Richmond" offers guests a very high-quality, balanced diet, including several types of diets, because diet therapy is the most important factor in the successful treatment of the gastrointestinal tract.

The high level of spa treatment at “Richmond” is ensured by: the presence of thermal water brought to the spa hotel, a wide range of procedures, and the work of a qualified health care professional, who is Yana Karaskova, who has been working in the spa hotel for more than 15 years. "Richmond" also provides its guests with comfortable living conditions, as well as high-quality, including dietary, food.

Attention! At the moment the municipal services are repairing the mineral water pipeline, water is temporarily not supplied to the hotel. Mineral water for procedures is regularly delivered, procedures are conducted, the mineral pool operates from Friday to Sunday, on other days - if there is a sufficient amount of water. ► When ordering half board, guests receive breakfast and dinner. Replacement of dinner with lunch for a surcharge of 10 EUR / 1 person / 1 day. ► From December 20 to December 27, 2024, medical consultations will not be held at the hotel, and the number of procedures conducted during the holiday period will be reduced.
