I liked everything very much. Excellent location of the hotel, next to the springs. I left the hotel and immediately went to the main street. The staff is very friendly. Everyone can communicate in Russian. The menu is varied. I chose breakfast and dinner and was pleased. There is a buffet and everyone will find food to suit their taste. The window of my room overlooked a restaurant with a summer terrace. I was worried that it would be noisy. But no noise. And after 22-00 there is absolutely absolute silence on the street.

Incredible performance, I rate Hotel Ruze as very good because I was very impressed by the friendliness of the entire team from reception, service to the spa area. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. The room is clean, the furniture is in good condition, no noise from the street. The food is good, but the cook puts too much salt for my taste. I spent a week in this hotel and was satisfied. Thanks to all Ruze staff.

My entire stay at this hotel was ruined by a doctor whose name was Sergey. He probably overworked himself during the holidays and spoke in a raised voice. I reported this to the reception, unfortunately, none of the management and the doctor himself apologized to me.

I was there from August 20 to August 30. The service is good, the reception staff are very friendly. Room cleaning is acceptable. Food: not much choice but the food is not bad. The treatment is also normal. I especially want to mention the nurse Petra from the Malta Hotel, who is very kind and sincere. In general, this is not 4 stars. The hotel has a very convenient location, close to all sources and at the same time the hotel is quiet, no noise disturbed us! The staff everywhere is very friendly and speaks Russian: at the reception, in the dining room, the nurses, the Russian doctor, I also really liked him and prescribed the right medication, I felt better the next day! The food is good, I liked it, the hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every other day (who cares, I personally don’t need it that often). The transfer from Sanatoriums.com was also excellent as always, my flight was delayed by an hour, the driver was waiting for me.Negatives
The mattress in the single room is terrible: old, cheap, sagging in the middle! I turned him over and swapped his legs and head, but nothing helped! At the reception they couldn’t help, they laid some kind of blanket on me, it was of no use! For a person who also has problems with his back or neck, like me (besides, I travel with my own pillow), this is simply murder! During the day I do relaxing procedures and gas injections, which help, and then after a night on such a mattress I get up with a broken back! And what's the point of doing them then?!

The beds were very hard, we had severe back pain, not just us but everyone who stayed in Hotel Ruže. Room was clean but the carpet, curtains and mattresses were very old and full of mites. I suffer from a mite allergy because of which I have to use asthma spray every time.

The treatment is rather weak, the massage is about nothing for 10 minutes (it’s better to immediately abandon this procedure and change it to another). They prescribed us weak procedures, although the Europeans in our hotel were prescribed better and more expensive ones, such as Charcot showers and baths, apparently some kind of selective policy... the only thing was that we were impressed with the gas injections, but we didn’t feel much of an effect from the treatment during the 10 days of our stay. We arrived on Thursday afternoon, procedures are only Mon-Fri until lunch. That is, in 10 days of stay we received procedures only in 6 days.
