The military spa hotel "Sadovy Pramen" is located in Karlovy Vary, where there are no descents and ascents. Right near the spa hotel there are two springs of drinking thermal water. One of them, spring number 12, is often prescribed for a course of drinking treatment. The distance to the Mill colonnade is 140 meters, to the Hot colonnade - 550 meters.

The spa hotel has 90 rooms: 24 single, 56 double and 10 apartments. In 2017, a comprehensive reconstruction of rooms, interiors, a restaurant and a medical department was carried out. Please note that for a room with a park view, the hotel requires a surcharge of 5 EUR / 1 night / room.

The medical department is located directly in the building of the spa hotel, therefore, vacationers undergo therapeutic procedures without leaving the “Sadovy Pramen”.

Extra charge for late check out is 16 EUR / room. The hotel charges an additional fee of 400 CZK / ~ 16 EUR for preparing invoices for procedures and other documents for the medical department's cash desk.

The military spa hotel “Sadovy Pramen” is optimal for those who want to live as close as possible to the thermal springs and the spa center of Karlovy Vary. It is one of the best in the resort for the quality of spa treatment. The big advantage of the hotel is the reconstruction carried out in 2017, including the medical department, and new baths were installed for water procedures.

Special anouncement

The big golden elevator, which leads right up to the reception and at the entrance to the building, is unfortunately broken. Operations will be suspended at least until February 2024. ► Dear guests, for the spa hotel Sadovy Pramen the preferred method of payment upon check-in is payment by card. ► The hotel does not accept €500 banknotes as payment.
