The hotel is excellent. Friendly staff. The head nurse is great. He works with everyone individually and takes into account all wishes. The food is very tasty. There was full board, there was no desire to go somewhere else to eat. Great location. The rooms are large and cleaned every day. We were accommodated on the first floor. There was a bar on the floor where people smoke and sometimes they smoke downstairs. Everything is drawn into the room. Terrible. True, they contacted us and the next day they moved us to another room, higher. The price corresponds to the quality. We recommend!Negatives
You will need to buy shampoo; they put it in the bathroom once a week, when the bed is changed. Drinks at lunch and in the evening are paid. It seems to be normal if they were not the highest in Karlovy Vary. For example, beer 0.3 - 60 CZK.

We chose this hotel for the third time, we visited in 2014 and 2015. The level of service and friendliness of the staff is still at a high level. The restaurant menu is custom-made - prepared with soul! Chef 5+ breakfast buffet - not luxurious, but sufficient assortment. The hotel location is one of the best in the resort area, to all sources from 3 to 8 minutes

Kaplovy Vary has created a unique atmosphere of a resort holiday with a lot of positive emotions. The staff, medical workers, employees of all establishments and local residents treat vacationers with good nature and very attentiveness. It turned out to be very pleasant and I want to come here again and again. We hope for the miraculous power of the springs that Peter I, whose name is still revered in the Czech Republic, opened for us. Everything is Super!.

The hotel is small but very stylish. Located almost opposite. sources. The treatment is standard - baths, massages, mud compresses, more of course in terms of relaxation than any serious treatment. The staff is polite, especially thanks to the head nurse. The food was at a high level, we took breakfast and dinner - everything was very decent, tasty, large portions. The site offers two types of standard rooms - with a view of the colonnade and with a view of the wall, that is, with the complete absence of any view. Price varies. Naturally, we booked for the colonnade, we specifically checked with the sanatorium several times whether the hotel guaranteed the view, but upon check-in they told us - you have booked a standard, but they only have a wall in the window, and in general it’s Christmas and everything is booked, sorry. We stuck our heads and after a few nervous minutes of negotiations, the receptionists on the phone finally got their own view of the colonnade, only they gave us attic rooms. Not to say that this somehow ruined the holiday, but a small aftertaste remained.

It was our first time in Karlovy Vary. Sanatorium Salvator is a real find. Cozy and at the same time presentable, the style of the interiors corresponds to the elusive spirit of Karlovy Vary, which gives the uniqueness of this resort. As for medical care, everything is at the same level; the qualifications of the medical and service personnel deserve special compliments. I wouldn’t like to repeat myself about the food, but I really didn’t expect that in the full board package we would be served such delicious dishes, and some were simply a work of art (many thanks to the chef, I was never able to say this personally :). Thank you Salvator for the holiday!

Kind and helpful staff, who also understand Russian. The hotel is quiet, you can relax peacefully. I really liked the treatment, there were many different procedures, some were prescribed by the doctor, others we bought ourselves. By the way, the prices are quite reasonable.

I was pleased with the treatment because natural thermal water was added to the baths, not salt. There was never a queue for the procedures, the staff was very polite and courteous. For those who are tired of our sanatoriums, which are still Soviet in terms of service, I recommend Salvator.

The biggest advantage is the location in the center; you don’t have to strain too much and go to the springs. We were checked in immediately, the staff was courteous. The entire hotel is clean and comfortable. The food is delicious, we haven’t tried everything, we were on a diet, but the cook tries to cook even diet dishes deliciously.
