The staff is very helpful, especially Gabriela at the front desk, special thanks to her. The booked 5 star Hotel Savoy Westend in Karlovy Vary is a very harmonious overall concept, from the excellent front door pickup to the great reception and service as well as the beautiful rooms and their view of the Russian Orthodox church and the spa and wellness area, the large swimming pool, the whirlpool and the steam sauna were wonderfully beneficial, as were the 9 treatments from the standard spa program that was also booked.
