This is the second time we have chosen this sanatorium for treatment and, as on our previous visit, we were satisfied. We thank the staff of the sanatorium, as well as the staff of the Schlosspark, for being responsive to our wishes and providing the services we asked for. This is important to us. The accommodation was good, the rooms are equipped with everything you need, very comfortable beds, good pillows in two sizes, hygroscopic towels. In the hotel, despite the cold weather, all rooms are warm and comfortable; in the bathroom it is possible to regulate the temperature of the radiator. In the medical department, I would especially like to mention the head nurse Victoria - an excellent specialist and person who professionally and clearly draws up plans for procedures, selects them so that it is convenient for the spouses to complete all appointments in time. We are also grateful to Philip, a massage therapist and specialist in gas injections. He is also attentive and friendly to his patients. In general, all employees work very harmoniously and efficiently. The atmosphere in the department is friendly and calm, which is even more conducive to treatment. The food at the hotel is good: varied dishes, lots of vegetables, meat, fish, desserts, many different fruits. We had a lot of everything, we had to limit ourselves. All the waiters are very pleasant and attentive to guests. The administrators are kind and help resolve any issues that arise. We especially thank Alex and Lena. The transfer to the sanatorium was also organized clearly, without delays. The wonderful guide to Prague (free excursion), Alena, told a lot of interesting things in a very informative way and in beautiful Russian. As has already been noted several times, despite the fact that the sanatorium seems to be located not far from the springs, it is nevertheless located on a hill. Indeed, we do not recommend it for people with musculoskeletal problems and mobility restrictions.

All the positive emotions from being in the sanatorium were offset by the sanatorium’s refusal to extend my stay by one day. I was on vacation from April 7 to April 19, and the transfer to Germany took place on Saturday, April 20, so I first contacted the reception, and when they refused, I wrote to the website sanatoriums.com. And I received an answer that the sanatorium would offer me the necessary accommodation. However, when I contacted the reception again, I was refused again. And this is in a half-empty sanatorium! As a result, I was unable to use the transfer and I had to urgently buy train tickets and get home with three transfers, which was very difficult for me, given my age - 85 years old and the presence of luggage. We stayed at the Schlosspark Hotel for 6 days and liked it. The staff is attentive and polite, they do their job flawlessly. Many thanks to Philip, a soulful person. The bed linen and towels sparkled white, there was also an extra pillow in the bed. Upon arrival, we could immediately boil water in our room and drink coffee, and then go to dinner. We had two meals a day, but that was enough.Negatives
My husband and I are 65 years old, and after every trip to the city, the last meters to the hotel were given to us with great difficulty because of the steep climb. This is the uniqueness of the place and nothing can be done about it, we understand that. But here's a note about the transfer. There were 6 of us in the transport from one place from NRW: Minden - Detmold, but every time, there and back, we stopped in Bavaria “on the way” to take with us or bring two more. It was hard for us to sit in the car for so long and such a layout of the passenger transportation route caused misunderstanding and irritation.

We spent two weeks in this hotel. I liked everything very much, starting from the first day! The doctor Natalya, very friendly, took her time during the first examination, asked everything carefully and gave some useful advice. Attendants during treatment: great team! Everyone is very friendly and tries to make sure you get the most out of your treatment. I would like to mention everyone - Victoria, Daniela, Philip, Sandra and Valentina!!! The restaurant has a lot of varied and tasty food, the only negative is the large portions :-)) all the waiters are also very friendly and always smiling. Special thanks to the chef! Everyone at the reception is also very friendly, especially Lena! The rooms are cozy and spacious. In any place, my wife and I felt like VIP guests, thank you very much to everyone for your efforts! We decided for ourselves - this is our best hotel, and we will come HERE again.

Thank you very much to all the staff!!! I have not seen such a sincere, attentive attitude for a long time. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the geyser callonade, i.e. tourist center. It is very comfortable. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. And the hotel itself, in a historical style, set the mood for a leisurely holiday. They fed “for slaughter”))) Very tasty, varied! The portions are large. The children, unfortunately, didn’t finish eating; they simply couldn’t because of the size of the portions. I highly, highly recommend it. This was probably the best vacation I've had in recent years.

I liked the hotel. For us, the main advantages were: a wonderful, attentive doctor and medical staff, good food, a children's room, a quiet, calm atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff. Daniela and Philip are professionals in their field (procedures on time, tactful, polite communication, competent advice). An important point when choosing this hotel is its elevated location. This means it may be an inconvenience for people with certain health problems. But this is indicated in the description.Negatives
Of course, this is not entirely negative, but for us the pool turned out to be cold. We spoke with the hotel manager, they have water temperature standards that the hotel must comply with. This is understandable, the children were just a little upset. Plus there are no vests or circle for children. We forgot ours and couldn’t buy them (the store said it was out of season). Perhaps, on occasion, get a pair of vests or arm ruffles. In general, this is more a wish than a negative. We were satisfied with the rest and treatment.

I would like to thank everyone who took care of us: Victoria, the head nurse, is super and the entire medical unit rests on her! The masseurs were great and enjoyed it, a real thank you to them! Tatyana, the restaurant worker, is a super caring girl and what a kind girl, we returned late, tired from a trip to Prague, of course we were late for dinner, but in the room we had plates of assorted cuts waiting for us, everything was neatly wrapped in film, with care and attention, thanks to Tanechka! Discretion by all staff. Hotel with charm and care for the guest...are put in the foreground here by a young management👤.... Lenka and her colleague at reception are very loving💃. A restaurant manager who celebrates his role with a lot of happiness and hard-working service staff👌. The spa employees Viktorya, Daniela, Phillip and their colleagues put a lot of heart and hard work into their work🧘♀️. Room service is busy every day. It should be mentioned that the hotel is elevated and not at ground level. So for older guests, heart patients and high blood pressure, walking is rather difficult or just walking very slowly with breaks in between. Suggestion for management, the oxygen therapy is in the flight path of all appointment guests passing through. This leaves a restless atmosphere for the duration of the application. A secluded corner would be beneficial for relaxing. There are no significant negative points for me to explain.
