Spa-hotel “Schlosspark” is located in the center of Karlovy Vary, 2 minutes walk (about 150 meters) from the spring of thermal water "Hot", which is most often prescribed during the course of drinking treatment. The Mill colonnade is 450 meters from the spa-hotel, Park colonnade is 850 meters away.
The spa hotel has its own medical and health department, which offers a wide range of treatments, including some unique to Karlovy Vary. In “Schlosspark”, children from the age of 12 years old are accepted for treatment, as well as children from 3 to 11 years old by individual agreement and after the child is examined by a pediatrician.
