Wonderful hotel. Wonderful staff. The food is excellent. The doctor Lyudmila Migova is simply a professional from God. This is the second time I come to the hotel and I recommend it to everyone I know. I am now a regular client of Thermal. What’s wonderful is the outdoor pools, it’s worth going there for them, an equivalent replacement for the sea. Thank you all! I'm going again in June.

We were at the hotel from April 24 to April 30. I really liked the hotel, super location in the center and next to the springs. It was comfortable for us to leave the hotel every day and immediately get into the tourist area. The staff is very friendly and you can talk to them pleasantly. There were no problems during treatment. Separately, I would like to thank the masseuse, who worked very well on problem areas of the back. We took half board. Breakfast always included coffee, tea and a wide variety of juices. Quite a large selection of vegetables, bread, hot food, fruits. There was tea and water for dinner. Every day we had something to eat, we cannot say that we were tired of the monotony. I also really liked that we had access to the pool and saunas. The temperature in the pool was 30 degrees, and in the hot pool 38. The saunas are not very large, but well made. It is best to take with you sportswear or something that can be conveniently and quickly removed (for going to procedures) and slippers (so that you don’t have to wear hotel slippers everywhere). The rooms are cleaned every day. There is always tea and coffee that you can drink in your room.Negatives
This review is more about the people in the sauna, not the hotel. (I’d like to point out right away that there is a rule in the sauna - visiting without a swimsuit) It was a little disappointing that some people didn't really follow the rules. In the sauna, sheets were provided so that you could put them under yourself and thereby absorb moisture. But people wrapped themselves in them and sat on benches, while all the moisture flowed onto the tree and was absorbed. It wasn't very pleasant. Also, not all Russian-speaking people restrained themselves from commenting when they saw a woman in a sauna without a swimsuit. Some also came to the sauna with children, which also seemed strange. In our opinion, the acceptable minimum age for visiting such a sauna is 16 years.

You have to come at the beginning of the meal time, otherwise many things will no longer be available. The smell in the restaurant really bothered us, because in the dining room they served potato pancakes early in the morning and fried fish in the evening. After eating, all the clothes smelled. It is difficult to imagine that in such a large hotel there is no possibility to prepare food in the kitchen.

There is one small negative, I could not write it because I think it was not everywhere, but on our floor, unfortunately, the floor in the toilet and bathtub was practically unwashed. Everything else was cleaned, the bed was changed, towels, robes, maybe because the girls were changed and there were three of them.

The hotel is located in the old part of Karlovy Vary, close to all the springs, right on the banks of the Tepla River, next to a beautiful small park. The hotel has its own thermal pool, which is very convenient. The staff is polite, attentive and friendly. All procedures can be completed at the hotel, they are well organized, in 2 weeks I never waited outside the offices.Negatives
Very expensive hotel parking, if you arrive like me by car, you have to pay 15 euros per day!!! I paid about 300€ including chicken tax. 2 € per day. I think this price could be for hotel guests, and not for those living and being treated there.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, beautifully presented food in the restaurant, buffet is constantly being replenished. The only thing we were missing was ice cream for dinner. Applications by appointment without waiting times and in modern rooms. You have to take a lot of elevators. The best thing about the hotel is the free entry to the thermal resort with 8 saunas, infusions, outdoor swimming and the mineral water pool. We were very satisfied and will come back if the price doesn't explode.Negatives
Maybe just a little tip: There are in the room... Lack of space, only a very small cloakroom at the entrance. However, there is enough space in the room for a few hoes. It would be nice to have a small coat rack to hang up bathrobes.

Mainly in the restaurant: if you have diabetes, it is almost impossible to choose a salad - there is a lot of sugar everywhere. For lunch and dinner they could offer boiling water, if not tea (they would bring their own bags). It’s strange that cottage cheese is given for lunch and not for breakfast. Some come to the restaurant straight from a walk in outerwear. The administrator on duty could ask them to undress - there are hangers nearby, no need to go up to the rooms. There is no requirement to wear caps in the pool, as a result, many people simply swim with their hair down, and this hair then floats in the water. It is very unpleasant to touch them with your hands.
