“Venus” specializes both in classic Karlovy Vary areas - gastroenterological diseases, metabolic disorders and diabetes, as well as in the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and overweight. The resort has developed a special program for patients who want to lose weight.
All medical procedures are carried out in the treatment center, located directly in the building of the spa hotel. Thermal water is applied there, which is used in some water procedures.

I consider the location of the spa hotel in relation to the thermal springs to be advantageous, because the nearest Garden colonnade is located only 60 meters from the building of the spa hotel. The road to all colonnades leads on flat terrain. Despite the fact that the spa hotel is located in the center of the resort, there is a quiet, homely atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, there are also two rooms for people with disabilities. I would also like to note that the territory of the spa hotel has barrier-free access. The disadvantage is that the spa hotel has few rooms with balconies, no air conditioning, but guests are provided with fans, as well as the fact that parking is designed for only 2 cars.
The quality of food in the restaurant of the spa hotel is very good, not only water but also two kinds of juice and several kinds of tea are free for dinner. Dietary food can also be prepared here if required. Please note that seats are reserved for guests during the entire stay. The big plus of the spa hotel is that the chef has been working here for a long time since 1985.
The quality of the medical base in the spa hotel "Venus" is very good. Guests are offered a standard set of spa procedures. The advantage of the therapeutic department is the availability of thermal water for most water procedures. The medical staff here is highly qualified and very polite. Individual gymnastics with a physiotherapist is performed in the gym and pool for guests. Two doctors receive guests on arrival, and if necessary, blood tests and an ECG can be performed here.
