The hotel is located in a very convenient location, in the center of the Karlovy Vary resort area, a 5-minute walk to the Mill Colonnade and a forest park, 10 minutes to the city center. Hospitable, friendly staff. always ready to help and advise. The atmosphere is friendly, almost family-like. Thank you very much to them, they “made” our vacation. The food is varied and deliciously prepared. Breakfast is continental, with a wide choice of dishes to suit every taste. I was glad that lunches and dinners are not pre-ordered, as in many other sanatoriums. Two or three hot dishes, two soups, three or four salad options, side dishes and desserts are prepared; you can choose dishes on the spot, the quantity is not limited. There is no second course for lunch, only soups, salads and desserts. But this is quite enough. We did not order any treatment.Negatives
No pool. However, nearby in Lazne 5 there is a good 25 m swimming pool with a sauna, jacuzzi, pearl bath, etc.

I agree with previous reviews: a very nice intimate hotel (12 rooms) where guests are treated like beloved relatives. Gorgeous kitchen, low bow to the chef for his golden hands! Very professional spa staff. When the coronavirus hysteria ends, I will come back here again

We vacationed in Karlovy Vary in February 2020. We booked the Lauretta Hotel. We met at the Prague airport. Transfer to the hotel is free. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. The food is varied, delicious breakfasts and dinners, lunch - soup and salad. But that's enough! The hotel is located within walking distance to all mineral springs. Treatment: massage, pearl baths, underwater massage, parafango with mud with paraffin, injections with carbon dioxide. At the end of the treatment, we felt rested and rejuvenated. Nice bonus: free trip to Prague.Negatives
There was a little blowing through the windows, but this was of little concern, since the heating was good. By the way, they plan to change the windows early next year.

Everything is excellent: the location of the hotel, silence, accommodation, caring staff, from administrators to cleaning ladies, cozy restaurant, plentiful food, everything is fresh and plentiful, a variety of delicious food, a lot of dairy products, a lobby bar is open in the evenings, always new desserts, a lot salads, fruits, daily room cleaning, regular replacement of towels, bathrobes, excellent medical procedures. All the promised options were fulfilled: transfer from the airport, free excursion to Prague, voucher for the pool, lobby bar. When returning after excursions, dinner was left behind. The hotel has a homely, calm atmosphere, caring staff is focused on providing service and creating comfort. Very good holiday. We left with a great mood and a desire to relax in Lauretta again. The transfer is good. We arrived late, but dinner was left upon request. There is a crib for the child. Large room with separate bathroom and toilet. Treatments and food are in the hotel itself, no need to run to other places. The masseuse works well. The physiotherapist also works well. I asked for a crib in advance, but upon arrival it was not there; at the reception they said that no one had warned us. There are no children's toys, none. A visiting doctor does not work very professionally. When ordering on the site, 16 procedures were indicated, during negotiations with the site’s employees, it turned out that there would be 6-8 procedures, because they arrived and it fell on Saturday/Sunday, when procedures are not performed, but there is no discount provided at the reception they refused. Especially women (I don’t know their name). She just had a little grandson visiting.. She completely lacks a sense of friendliness and culture. На завтраки используются - итальянская колбаса мортаделла, венгерская салями, кроасаны и булочки свежеиспеченные, кофе местной обжарки, фрукты апельсины, грейпфрут, киви. На обед супы без использования замороженных овощей и бульонных кубиков. На ужин - блюда из говядины, курицы и рыб. Поэтому никак не можем гогласиться с Вашей критикой. Что касается работника ночной рецепции, надо было сразу же сообщить мне как директору все негативные моменты. Были бы приняты все меры.

Great location. A very nice room, large with a balcony, we asked for separate beds and they provided it. Good breakfast and dinner - buffet. Lunch - soup, salad, dessert, i.e. there is no second one. This was a surprise for us. But we didn’t focus on this, we just didn’t have to run to the hotel for lunch. At home, too, lunch often consists of the first meal. There are no dry rations, but they can leave dinner, so what’s left. The staff is good, you can always agree on rescheduling procedures with Volodya. At the reception they helped us look for our luggage and called the airport in the Czech Republic at our request (there was a delay of 4 days!). You can always drink tea in the lobby in the evening. For the price we were traveling at, the hotel suited us quite well.Negatives
There are no particular disadvantages. I missed lymphatic drainage from medical procedures, a weak massage - just stroking and spreading a large amount of oil for 10-15 minutes. Dinner ends very early. From 17-00 to 18-30. If you go on an excursion, you definitely don’t have time for a full dinner. The weather was good, the mood was great, so the holiday turned out to be good and even the delay of luggage at Sheremetyevo for 4 days did not mar it.

We were in Carlsbad for a week. The hotel has charm, the location is very good and the price-performance ratio is also okay. You shouldn't expect four German stars!!! The room, bathroom and toilet are all very clean and are cleaned daily. The medical spa treatments in the house were good, we don't know anything about them since it was our first time. Unfortunately there was no German communication at all, neither from the very nice staff nor from the medical care. And the food... well... breakfast was good, not extensive, but okay! We didn't have lunch. In our opinion, dinner was very typical housewife style - two warm meals, some greens and side dishes - ready. We'll save half board next time - we ate very well and extremely cheaply somewhere else every day anyway!
