Thank you for a great vacation! Very polite staff throughout the hotel, except for one guy who is considered to be the employee of the pool and the entire spa area. Every day he tried to finish his work early and turned off the lights in the pool, once he even asked us to leave, saying that he was in the mood or that it was time. At the same time, he did not clean the rooms and did not even touch the cleaning. I just wanted people to leave so that he could finish his work day. Of course, we all understand that everyone wants to leave early. Nevertheless, there is work and responsibility. Otherwise, everything was just great. Very tasty food, enough for everyone, a variety of dishes, the staff works excellently, constantly clears away dirty dishes, they are attentive! As for the procedures, there are also very attentive, kind, grateful people there. Reception: they speak German, English, Polish. I can’t say anything about Russian, since communication took place more in German. They are also very friendly, they do their job very well. You feel at home! Thank you to them for everything! The only thing I would advise is to encourage them a little and give them at least a little bit of money as a token of gratitude. As for the road, I can say one thing: I drove 16 there and 12 back. It's not very easy. Of course, it all depends on the location. Since I live in the center of Europe in Cologne, the road was long for me. Nevertheless, everything went very well. And in fact, I can advise everyone: take water with you, maybe a thermos, food, a pillow for travel, maybe some kind of blanket or just a jacket, as well as earplugs and headphones. All the best and have a wonderful holiday!

One elevator was broken the whole time, so waiting times were up to 10 minutes. We lived on the 6th floor and only one elevator was working, which was very annoying for all the guests. During our 4 nights, the room was never cleaned. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves. Long waits at breakfast to get a seat. The coffee was undrinkable, so we drank tea, scrambled eggs were runny, breakfast sausages were still wrapped in foil

The bathroom is much too small, especially the sink! The beds were made too rarely. The noise pollution, very loud music from the promenade, was too much. Treatments were not well organized or well coordinated for us as a couple. It's a shame that there is no bus to the Hortulus Gardens.

The women at the reception were very unfriendly and did not give any general information on arrival. The mattress and pillow were not very comfortable. Very loud music in the evening and at night. Drinking glasses were very small. WiFi was slow and you had to log in again every time.

We can't say anything negative about the spa vacation. However, the journey there in the cramped minibus was a nightmare. We were on the road for 14 hours because the driver first drove 1.5 hours on the country road through the entire Westerwald to pick up a Polish woman in some remote village. Then the same thing happened again near Leipzig. In Dresden we had to change to another minibus, which now headed towards Kolberg, but drove with us through the city of Berlin for over an hour to pick up another woman, who also made us wait for some time. We will never do something like that again, though. Luckily the return journey was OK.

The care provided by the spa doctor and nurse was very good. The staff responsible for catering also deserves huge praise! This applies not only to the kitchen staff but also to the ladies and gentlemen who cleared away used dishes so quickly. The use of the swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna was very good.Negatives
When we asked by phone during the booking process, we were told that it was not possible to reserve a parking space and that it was not necessary. Unfortunately, this is completely untrue, so we had no parking space over the Easter holidays because Polish guests had apparently reserved one. This is of course particularly annoying for guests with severe disabilities. There should also be grab handles in the area of the toilets (which are very low!) and especially in the showers. This is especially important because many guests have disabilities and are no longer young. Unfortunately, many guests cannot use the various baths because they cannot get in and out of them. Wouldn't a bath lift at least be appropriate here? In any case, every guest has to be able to get out of the bath safely without help or supervision.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the bathroom leaves much to be desired... A ton of dust on the hair dryer cord and a shower with visible mold - the tube can be replaced, the seals on the cabin door can be cleaned. Mysterious Wi-Fi access ;)
