We noticed that many guests were constantly complaining and were dissatisfied with many things; That was complaining at a high level and was in no way justified; there was nothing to complain about; What bothered me as a woman and that was the only thing: only a small lockable changing room in the communal swimming pool! Too many women in one room! For example after water aerobics!

Rooms are very noisy. There were a lot of young families with small children in the hotel, as there are winter holidays in Poland and the East German states including Berlin in February, so it was very loud at times. WiFi is not good, you have to constantly register and log in again. Although there is no water aerobics on the weekend, the swimming pool does not open until 10 a.m. For a partially unpaved parking space, 45 zloty per day is too much.

The room was nice and spacious, although a bit noisy. It was very clean, the maids did a very good job and were friendly. The entrance area with lobby bar was very nice. Every evening there was a varied music program. The pool is nice, the treatments were ok.Negatives
There was no service in the restaurant, just a clearing service. We experienced this for the first time. There was a bar in the lobby where you could have a beer or a cocktail afterwards. The friendliness of the staff there was cautious. Treatment appointments start at 7 a.m., something I've never experienced before.

It's a pity that there is construction going on nearby. The new complex will block the view of the sea in the future. My room was directly above the pool, so I had to “enjoy” the noise of the operating equipment 24x7 instead of the expected roar of the surf.

We felt very comfortable for a week. We found the long periods for the breakfast buffet and evening buffet particularly positive (we had only booked half board). At all times there was a full selection at the buffet that left nothing to be desired.Negatives
Since we were guests at the beginning of October and the evenings were already cool, we would have liked a little heat from the radiators, especially in the bathroom. However, we have a very negative memory of an event (probably a wedding?) that lasted until the early hours of the morning and caused considerable noise. Loud music and the shouting of the guests made it impossible to sleep. Here the house rules were violated, which stipulated a night's rest from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

I can personally only recommend the travel agency Sanatoriums.com 👍☘️ Since the first phone call, very helpful, nice, full of understanding for older people, and I just called a lot and always asked something, and there was a young man on the phone who spoke German always listened to me and answered my questions with lots and lots of patience.
