These are just tips to become even better for guests. A little more warm vegetarian food for dinner and perhaps more choice for desert. Yogurt or fruit. There needs to be signage throughout the hotel. No information in the elevator. There are no signs in the swimming pool for toilets or showers for men and women. Even if it is structurally difficult in the swimming pool. There are no loungers. Possibly put at least something to sit on (benches).

In the pool the water is not warm enough. The gravel parking lot is a disaster when it rains there is water and it is matchy and you have to pay 40 zloty per day.

The applications were not what we were used to. Unfortunately, the two therapists were overloaded and you had to do the cryotherapy yourself.

Unfortunately this year we were unlucky with the weather; August turned out to be rainy... But even in such weather you can swim in the pool or go to the gym.

They paid 40 zlotys for the robes at the beginning, but they didn’t give me a receipt. And at the end they charged another 40 zlotys. They paid 30 zlotys for using WhatsApp. And they also deceived me with the procedures. The voucher says 17 per person, we paid for it, in fact we received 12 per person. We ask for a refund for 10 procedures.

Since we were in Bad Flinsberg last year and were very satisfied there, we decided to go on a spa holiday again this year. Unfortunately, this hotel is primarily designed as a vacation hotel. Who just rest and ther. Looking for treatments is wrong here! Lots of families with (small) children and therefore very loud and overcrowded. There is little variety when it comes to food. We had full board, which means the same dishes for lunch and dinner. Dessert was the same every day - cake, apples, tangerines and watermelon. At this "spa hotel" there are no bathrobes or slippers in the room - bathrobes can be rented at reception for a fee. There is also no safe in the room. This can be rented at reception, also for a fee. The underground car park is also not exactly cheap, with a daily rate of around €12. So if you want to book a spa holiday, you've come to the wrong place!

There are no drying racks on the balcony. Or you can hang up wet towels and bathrobes. Towel holders are also missing. The hairdryer is way too loud. And the background noise is very sensitive. The room doors slam way too loudly.

The lunch and dinner meals were the same, the choice of dishes was not flexible, few meat dishes, few sauces, rolls were not fresh from the bakery, cold platters of sausage and cheese were always the same, there is a need for action!
