The room was a disaster. Window leaks, so cold and noisy. The heater couldn't be turned up because it was installed. TV didn't work, and after repairs there were only five German programs with advertising. Chouch old and worn out and smelled unpleasant. Behind it there were still empty beer cans from the previous one. Bathroom: ventilation broken, sink cracked, shower partition stuck, sieve missing from drain, no toothbrush glass available. Tripping hazards under carpet laying in the entire hallway on the 4th floor. Very long walk from Baltyk 2 to the restaurant, which wouldn't actually be a problem if it weren't cold and fast, plus the strong smell of chlorine from the swimming pool and the extremely loud radio music in the area. We will never come here again.

1. Regarding the drinking treatment: on the Sanatoriums.com website the inclusive amount of the daily distribution of healing water has not been described. In the hotel's healing water bar we were only given 100 ml of healing water per person per day from Monday to Friday. offered inclusive. We could not understand this amount of drinking treatment, which led to misunderstandings. 2. The parking fee for the car should correctly be stated in zloty (49 zloty per day), as paying for the parking space for 2 weeks surprised us unpleasantly. On the Sanatoriums.com website it was only €9 per day.

1. We booked the Kurhotel Baltyk for 2 weeks. We wanted to turn back on the first day after the room was handed over. Nothing was done apart from clean bed linen. The carpet was dirty, the desk and the table were full of residue (sticky stuff) from the previous person. Same with the light switches. We reported this to reception, but nothing happened; something was only vacuumed on Monday. But we decided to stay and cleaned the room ourselves. 2. The applications. were a mass production. After two days I canceled the remaining applications. 3. The food was ok, but the problem with the coffee was a disaster. After a week's stay I became ill and then we canceled our spa holiday. For us it is clear that we will never return to Kurhotel Baltyk.

Eda is very monotonous. Heating and WiFi in the rooms does not work. Limited treatments included in the price All massages and baths must be paid separately. Drinking therapy is 175 ml of mineral water per day, which you need to beg for, on Saturday and Sunday you also need to pay for it. For parking a car I had to pay 49 zlotys per day, for a week it somehow turned out to be 98 €. For renting bathrobes 120 zlotys per week. Change of towels once a week, room cleaning 3 times a week is theoretical, we had the bathroom mat changed once (and that was all the cleaning) Don’t speak Russian in any way, you will be treated very poorly. You need to buy disposable towels for procedures from them.

We booked 2-bed rooms with a balcony in Kurhotel Baltyk (described as particularly comfortable) for 3 weeks at www.Sanatoriums.com. We were billeted in the “Baltyk 2” building, the building next door. If we had known, we would never have booked there. The room was very small, with a French balcony (instead of a normal balcony), outdated furniture, and one of the two mattresses was sagging. We were shocked for the money we spent on the stay. We immediately intervened at reception and asked for a room change. First we were informed that there were no rooms available. We announced that we would file a report because it was not the room we had booked. After two days we got the confirmation, but it was only after a week that we were able to move into a room with a balcony facing the park in the building “Baltyk 1”. We do not recommend this hotel and will not be a customer there again as it has a management problem. Accidental or intentional allocation of accommodation that does not match the reservation will result in further deduction of stars.

Food was poor in terms of selection, it was difficult to even find space, the fight for coffee in the morning because it didn't meet the needs, drinking glasses that were far too small, with the result that you were constantly just standing at the drinks machine - Polish cuisine Yes, it's a matter of taste and I don't want to rate it... The only toilets on the ground floor next to restaurants were locked, so you had to get the key from the bistro first. Really tiring for older guests. The welcome and briefing was very minimal and as a result we had to find out a lot of things very laboriously. I would have liked one or two events in the beautiful Panorama Cafe for my parents, but unfortunately...

Every evening there is a PARTY by young people on the benches on the beach in front of the hotel. And from 4.30 a.m. the city cleaning department starts its work with a leaf blower...abnormal. There should be urgent negotiations with the city here...otherwise the name Kurhotel can no longer be represented!

The medical examination was very short. You have to pay extra for the second appointment with the doctor. You also have to pay for any changes in the treatment plan. The requested applications could no longer be purchased because the appointments were all full. No treatments are planned on the day of arrival. On weekends, only self-paid treatments were possible. On the day of arrival there was only dinner. 2 meals booked that day were not refunded.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Swimming pool, small shops, restaurant and bar, treatment rooms and nice sitting areas with a view of the sea are available in the house. Bicycle rental possible. Everything else in the area is within easy reach. Very suitable for guests with mobility restrictions. Friendly, German-speaking staff at reception.Negatives
The dining room was crowded early and evening. The daily search for a free table really dampened our joy. The elevators were hopelessly overloaded during meal and treatment times. The elevator doors close so quickly that it is risky for guests with mobility issues to use the elevator alone. In front of the treatment rooms there is sometimes a traffic jam in the narrow corridor and few waiting places. Processing like on an assembly line.

Additional charge for each additional minute. - Washbasin in the room is much too small, approx. 30x15 cm. You can't even brush your teeth properly there.

Our room was on the 4th floor with a sea view, unfortunately the furniture was worn out and the carpeting was in an absolutely unacceptable condition, meaning: torn in several places and completely worn out. Other guests on the 5th floor told us that everything there was renovated. We were probably unlucky there. One more thing about the bathroom: the sink is the size of a birdbath, approx. 30cmx15cm! it was almost impossible to wash your face.

Communication between the booking portal sanatorium.com and you apparently did not work well. Several pieces of information about our stay were incorrectly transmitted. At first it was not known that we had booked with a sea view, that the drinking treatment was included and that we had three treatments a day instead of two. Ultimately it was believed that our stay would only end on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 instead of yesterday on April 7th, 2023.

Not all staff speak German and Germans from Germany resorted to our help to get information from the staff. In the bar on the ground floor one time you could get medicinal tea or medicinal water for free, but there was no information in any language about what types of tea and water were available and what they were drunk for: for the intestines, stomach, breathing, etc. We had to explain ourselves on our fingers... There was very little or almost no fruit in the restaurant, where you had to eat every day, then we found out that there was enough fruit in other hotels in Kolobrzek. Mineral water was provided only once upon arrival and no longer, although in other hotels mineral water was provided every day. And for some reason, in rooms designed for three, there are free bathrobes, but in rooms for one and two, this is not the case, although perhaps these people paid more than three people. The single and double rooms have very small sinks, making it very inconvenient to wash.

We stayed in the hotel room for a week. The cleaning lady only changed the towels twice and emptied the trash cans twice and didn't dust or vacuum. The treatments are given to those who don't need them, the documentation says drinking treatment but we didn't get it. The staff speaks more Polish, a little German and a little English, almost everyone understands Russian but doesn't want to speak. In the swimming pool the large pool is almost always occupied by children from schools or kindergartens. You can't swim just sit in the small pool. We won't go to this hotel again.

Not all reception staff are really nice. My room was cleaned, my girlfriend's room was rarely cleaned. So Baltyk II on the 3rd floor didn't go so well. It would be nice if the contents of the dishes were roughly displayed on the dishes. This would make the stay easier for allergy sufferers.

Treatment in the sanatorium was a continuous conveyor belt, more procedures were promised, in the end one procedure was a small glass of mineral water once a day, and we had to ask ourselves what it was and where, no one explained anything during registration, we were disappointed. The doctor does not take it seriously, quickly, we were not entitled to all the procedures we wanted, we still did not understand who exactly they were prescribed to, and what had to be done for this. We will no longer go to Poland for treatment. The rooms were not cleaned. During the week, we never had our trash taken out. The room was not vacuumed. The towels were also replaced once, after we had already taken them out and pointedly thrust them into our hands. The food at the hotel is ok, but lunch and dinner consisted of the same dishes prepared for lunch. If you have three meals a day, then this is very noticeable. At breakfast there was a huge queue for coffee; we stood for at least half an hour, which was very exhausting. We will not go to this hotel for the second time.
