Spa Hotel "Olymp 3" is located in the center of Kolberg, 500 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the park named after Alexander Fredro. Popular attractions of the resort, the pier and the lighthouse, are 1800 and 2100 meters away respectively. Spa Hotel "Olymp 3" together with two other buildings is a part of the hotel complex "Olymp". Each of the two buildings has its own medicine section and its own restaurant.
The room inventory of the spa hotel occupies 7 floors and consists of 164 rooms, including double rooms of "Standard" category and suites of "Superior" category. The hotel was opened in 2013, so all rooms and common areas look quite fresh and modern.
