A very good place for a family holiday. The room was large and spacious, ours faced north, so the sun did not bother us. Interested, smiling staff, very responsive in any situation. Breakfasts are tasty, although not too varied depending on the length of your stay. Delicious dinners, competitively priced compared to eating out. A big plus is the daily cleaning of the rooms.Negatives
There are few shortcomings to be found :-) But there were such minor shortcomings: a little weak water pressure in the shower, no air conditioning in the entire hotel, no sun loungers by the pool, neighbors smoked on the balcony, despite the ban.

The cutlery for eating, or rather the knives, should definitely be replaced. They're not sharp. Fruit selection could be improved, every now and then an apple instead of oranges.

The food was tasty, but it wasn't very varied. Salads were very good but fruit was very bland and boring, always the same. The side dishes aren't appealing either!

The information brochures in the SPÄ area are only written and presented in one language; offers were only presented to staff upon their own request. It's a shame, you could use the SPA more.

Perfect advice and service from the sanatorium team. Hotel is very clean, nice rooms with balconies (to feel good). Friendly staff. The healing procedures are recommended. Top location not far from the beach and the center. There is also a good beautician in the hotel. Transfer is punctual and reliable. Takes breaks during trips. Just awesome.

Very clean in the rooms and in the spa area. The food was sufficient and varied. The swimming pool was a dream, if you wanted to swim like me, it was best early in the morning. The really good applications were carried out on time and always with an appropriate explanation.Negatives
The stairwell was forgotten while cleaning and the dirt in the form of dry leaves and sand lay here for a week. The service staff was polite but rarely friendly.
