We are staying at the Palace Hotel. The hotel has everything for a pleasant stay and treatment. The procedures are all good, especially body wraps and massages. Very attentive, polite staff. At the reception desk they will always help and tell you how and by what transport to get to this or that point. They will give you a bus schedule and tell you where boarding, and the schedule for the return journey is important. We are very pleased with this hotel and its staff. There are no excursions in Russian, but we bought and went to castles, together with the Czechs, they gave us a translation or went on their own.
