Treatment chronic glomerulonephritis in Marianske Lazne

Chronic progressive inflammation of the kidney tissue of an immune nature, affecting the glomerular apparatus of the kidneys. With a long course, it becomes the cause of sclerosis and renal failure. In a chronic form, glomerulonephritis is accompanied by arterial hypertension, the pressure can increase to 180-200/100-120 mm Hg. Symptoms are also fundus changes, left ventricular hypertrophy, cardiac asthma. The nephrotic form of chronic glomerulonephritis is accompanied by pronounced proteinuria (more than 3 g per day), swelling, hyperlipidemia, ascites, pleurisy, tachycardia, constant thirst. The patient needs a gentle regimen; during periods of remission, chronic infections that contribute to the progression of the disease are treated. A special diet and medication are prescribed with the inclusion of glucocorticosteroids, cytostatics, NSAIDs, anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents. This treatment is supplemented with symptomatic therapy. During periods of remission, spa treatment is also indicated.
