Chronic functional disease of the gallbladder and its ducts, characterized by weakening of their tone and motility, uneven secretion of bile, impaired bile duct. Symptoms of dyskinesia are: acute colic, pain in the right hypochondrium, radiating to the scapula and shoulder, most often against the background of malnutrition, overload or stress. The pain can be supplemented by nausea, vomiting, stool disorders, polyuria. Hypertensive dyskinesia is manifested by tachycardia, cardialgia, lowering blood pressure, sweating, irritability.
