"Falkensteiner Grand Spa Marienbad" is located 800 meters from the main spa colonnade with healing mineral springs. The spa hotel has one of the largest (2500 m²) and modern treatment centers at the resort, which is connected to the mineral water from the “Alexandra” spring, used for carrying out some water procedures and drinking cure.

"Falkensteiner Grand Spa Marienbad" is the only spa hotel in the resort that has 4 pools: swimming, relaxation, open with heated water (open all year), salt. The unique salt pool helps to strengthen the body's immune system, allows treatment of more than 10 different diseases, in particular, diseases of the skin, respiratory tract, musculoskeletal system.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marienbad offers healthy and balanced meals, fresh regional products of high quality, one of the widest ranges of meals in the resort, and dietetic meals are also provided. Full board includes a rich breakfast prepared a la carte in the open kitchen, lunch is provided by the company Good4U (a world-renowned manufacturer of healthy foods), and in the evening a 5-plate dinner awaits guests.
