Hello everyone who will read my review, my name is Svetlana. My family and I have been on holiday at the Nabokov Hotel for the 3rd time, from April 13 to the 20th. The hotel itself is beautiful and we like it. We arrived in a good mood, as we had already been there. But at the reception desk, our mood was spoiled. The thing is that they told me that I had booked room 118, that they had our wish, but this is not so, because I asked for room 119, as we have an adult daughter, and it has 2 separate rooms, and room 118 is one room. At the reception desk, they showed me that Sanatorium.com, I informed them of my wish for a different room, but the thing is that I have correspondence with the sanatorium, at the reception they told me to book a voucher directly from them next time. So it turns out that it was Sanatorium.com's mistake... So they couldn't give us our favourite room, because it was already taken.Negatives
Then we were unlucky again, we got an appointment with Dr. Natalia, she is a rude woman, she does not make any concessions with the procedures, before they gave us the procedures that we needed, but this time she prescribed them at her own discretion,,, I told her why, I should pay for these procedures that I do not need, she replied that she knows better,,,, she is a doctor. She brought my daughter to tears, and prescribed something that is not needed. And from the first day our mood was doubly spoiled ... Then I got to a massage in room number 5,,,, apparently a sick man works there,,, he is very thin and it seemed to me that he did not have any strength, he was even rocking,,, of course you can not talk like that to a sick person,,, but forgive me, I paid money for a decent massage,,,,.
