Spa Hotel "Maria Spa" is located in the heart of the resort, 450 meters from the main spa colonnade with healing mineral springs. The spa hotel is included into the group of hotels Ensana and is connected by a warm covered passage to the spa hotel “Nove Lazne”, “Centralni Lazne”, “Hvezda”, making up a single spa-hotel-resort complex with them.
Medical procedures are carried out both in the medical complex “Maria Spa” and in the medical center of the spa hotel “Centralni Lazne”.
Pets are not allowed in the spa hotel.

It should be noted that meals and treatment are provided in the spa hotel "Centralni Lazne", with which "Maria Spa" is connected by a warm indoor passage, just like all other "Ensana" spas among themselves. In the clinic of the spa hotel "Nove Lazne" installed buvette of mineral water spring "Forest" in the transition between the spa hotels "Centralni Lazne" and "Nove Lazne" - "Ambrozha", and in the clinic of the spa hotel "Maria Spa" - "Maria". If the patient is prescribed water from one of these springs, he will be able to undergo a drinking therapy course with this water without leaving the building. But, as a rule, the drinking course more often includes mineral waters of springs "Rudolph", "Carolina" and "Main", which must go through the street, because they are in the Main Colonnade. In warm seasons, you can drink water from the Rudolph and Carolina springs in buvettes in the street, the distance to which is 150 meters.
All rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the rooms on the first floor have balconies and the ground floor have spacious terraces, which is a bright advantage over other spa houses in Marianske Lazne. There are also rooms for people with disabilities. It should be noted that the entire territory of the spa resort also has barrier-free access. Meals in the restaurant of the spa hotel "Centralni Lazne" are served in the form of a buffet, the menu is updated daily, the choice of dishes is sufficient, but boiled is not enough. There is a diet nurse, who will help guests to make a plan of proper nutrition. The medical department at "Centralni Lazne" offers 24 treatments per week, which is a significant advantage over other spa houses in Marianske Lazne, where on average 16 treatments are held. The spa facilities are considered to be one of the strongest in the resort and the medical department is the largest in the Czech Republic. Guests are offered a wide range of treatments, including classic spa procedures using local natural factors - peat mud, natural carbon dioxide and mineral water brought here from springs for some water procedures. There are 3 doctors working here, among whom I would like to point out Eva Ublova, the chief physician of the spa, who has been practicing at the resort since 1982, under whose sensitive guidance the treatment process is carried out on an excellent level. In the spa hotel there is a unique procedure "marino lake", during which the patient sits on his waist immersed in the "lake" of natural carbon dioxide in a special room, this procedure is combined with oxygen therapy. Among the disadvantages of "Maria Spa" I can only point out the lack of its own pool. "Maria Spa" guests can enjoy free access to a well-equipped fitness center in the spa hotel "Centralni Lazne", use some services of the spa hotel "Nove Lazne" and visit the wellness center of the spa hotel "Hvezda".
