We lived on the fifth floor. The elevator was very loud! The room had old sagging mattresses and a creaky bed. The pool is only open until 18:00, and not until 20:00 as before. The Sanatoriums website contains inaccurate information about the operation of the pool. The level of work of waiters in the restaurant has decreased.

Lack of internet in the room, although we took a room with internet. Problems with water in the room. It may just end unexpectedly, and before that you scald it with boiling water. The plumber can enter the room (suite) without knocking. Twice within 5 minutes. Although there were guests of this room in the room.

I spent 2 weeks at the spa hotel Belvedere. I want to note the excellent location of the spa hotel. From my balcony there was a beautiful view of the Colonnade and the musical fountain. I needed no more than 3 minutes to get to the spring with mineral water. The staff of the spa hotel was helpful. The treatment base allowed me to improve my health. Moreover, all the procedures were performed exactly on schedule. Staff of the Sanatoriums.com provided us with a free tour to Prague. My plane was delayed for 5 hours. And despite this, the driver was waiting for me.Negatives
The hotel does not have a lobby which would be a good refuge in bad weather or a convenient place for communication with vacationers. The entrance to the hotel is led by steep steps, which is a great inconvenience for carrying suitcases. The pool at the hotel is open from 8 to 6 in the evening. So there was no time to visit it

There is no laby. The windows are on the sunny side and at night they are very lit and... No curtains! Decorative only! And the facade to the fountain where from 7.00 to 23.00 there is deafening music. THANK YOU to their manager, they returned our money and WE HAPPYLY lived until the end of the check-in IN CENTRAL LAZNE, AND ALSO - THE SAFE DID NOT WORK - IT WAS DRAGING ON ONE MOVED HINGE. BUT A BIG THANK YOU TO THE SANATORIUM! FOR ALL ! WORKING GOOD!!! I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. SANATORIUM, YOU'RE GREAT. 5+!!!!!

1) After a power failure there were problems with Russian channels. Our TV was canceled 3 times, and we had to make a huge effort to get Russian channels; but not everyone recovered after a power failure. 2) Czech masseuses are much more professional and at a higher level than Ukrainian ones. I bought a back and face massage during the last week of my stay. First they assigned me a Czech masseuse (massage 1); and then I accidentally saw that I had been replaced by (massage 3) (Ukrainian), this was corrected in my card by hand. I have nothing against Ukrainian masseuses, but they are less experienced and they have a different school of massage. And then the time when I was supposed to get a massage from a Czech masseuse, they let a German woman through. If I had known in advance that they would replace my masseuse, I would not have bought a massage for money, and I would have chosen treatment in another hotel.

The hotel is located so that the whole city is visible! Beautiful, cozy, built in 1905. Opposite there is a trolleybus stop. Hospitable staff. At the reception there are good-natured, responsive Suzanne and Elena, who help in all matters. The procedures (three per day) were arranged compactly with my husband, so that from 11 am I could rest. The colonnade is located at the exit from the hotel, so you could drink water from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. all the time. The food was varied and tasty: in the morning there was always porridge, cheese and cold cuts, fruits (watermelon, melon, grapes, kiwi, plums, bananas, apples, pears, grapefruit) for breakfast and lunch; the lunch menu was chosen a day in advance; dinner was from 17:00 (great for Russia, because there is a 2-hour difference with the Czech Republic) with a choice of meat, chicken or fish, 3 types of salads. The rooms were cleaned daily, bed linen and bathrobes were changed once a week. We went to Prague for free on Thursday, wonderful guide Alena! We ordered a transfer to the airport to the department for free, from the hotel for a fee, everyone arrived on time, arrived comfortably, inexpensively!

The second time we vacationed at the Belvedere SPA Hotel. We didn't regret choosing him again. Great location, springs nearby. Gorgeous view from their window. Large rooms, comfortable beds. In the comfort room there are practically no electrical outlets within easy access for charging. To charge your phone and tablet at the same time, you had to turn off the lamp near the bed and get to the outlet behind the TV stand. And it would also be nice to change bathrobes for vacationers at the same time as changing bed linen without additional requests.

We were dissatisfied with the cleaning of the room. Bed linen and towels were rarely changed. The floors and sinks were practically not cleaned. Constant problem with soap: you had to beg, there was nowhere to put the soap, it quickly went limp on the sink. It’s inconvenient to wash in the shower; to take a shower, you have to go to the pool to wash.

I lived in Belvedere for three years. Everything was great, but now there have been changes for the worse: interruptions in the Internet (Wi-Fi was constantly lost), the TV was old, the sound was off, the food had deteriorated (monotonous, not a wide choice). It's a shame, but we'll have to look for another hotel.

Very poor diet: cabbage, cabbage, cabbage... Complete absence of any fruit. The food is very salty. The restaurant has nothing to do with the “Restaurant” - just a dining room, very reminiscent of the Soviet Union! To prevent guests from staying too long, turn off the lights. During room cleaning hours, maids rush into the room. It is necessary to move your feet in time. The price/quality ratio is unacceptable.

We booked a transfer for two from Prague to Marianske Lazne, but no one met us and we got there by train. Already at the hotel we found an email with a message that our transfer was canceled on the day of arrival. Next time we will think about other options.

Since the sanatorium is located in the center, the view of the street was rather much more interesting than the view of the courtyard. (2) There is no information on the sanatorium website that lymphatic drainage and underwater massage are only for a fee, that is, they are not included in the paid procedures. I wish I knew about this in advance.

Since the hotel is small, it cannot be compared to luxury hotels nearby. The food is good (and the staff are great!), but the selection isn't exactly varied. Four stars - for the excellent location and organization of work, and overall the level of a very good three-star hotel.

I really liked the resort town of Marianske Lazne. Beautiful parks, clean beech forests with clear air all around. The location of the hotel is great. I was very pleased with the fountain.
