It was my second time in this hotel and I was once again positively impressed, you get more than you expect for this price. This is a simple hotel with charm in the center right next to the Trinkhalle. There are many options for going for a walk. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel is very clean and the food is really tasty. The treatments are well organized and carried out. You can get answers to all your questions at reception. INegatives

1. Staff were sometimes unfriendly, sometimes had the feeling of not being welcome. It's possible that it was language-related, but you can always put on a friendly face. 2. Would have liked it if there had been free water on the table while eating. 3. I took my dry cake from dessert upstairs to the Panorama Restaurant to have a coffee with it. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to eat my cake there. We then avoided the restaurant even though we had previously spent every evening there.

During the 14 days, always hot food compared to the usual buffet madness. The room was always thoroughly cleaned with our stay in mind. The medical treatments were the same as in the 5* hotel. We're going back with our own prescription from the family doctor.Negatives
You can only forget the doctor, no examination but the question do you want to recover? No different applications although completely different clinical pictures. He also couldn't create a recipe because he didn't have a computer. However, with the first snow, city cleaning should work better. Only certain paths were strewn with a bit of grit and the entire path to the healing spring was adventurous, and my wife has walking difficulties
