Spa Hotel "Imperial" is a completely new hotel building, which is part of the spa-hotel-resort complex "Hvezda". It is located 450 meters from the main resort colonnade of the Main spring. Near the spa hotel there are several other medicinal drinking springs, as well as in the complex of spa hotel with which the “Imperial” is connected by warm covered crossings, there are the “Forest”, “Ambrozha” and “Balbina” springs.
The medical and therapeutic procedures are carried out in our own treatment center, more than 30 treatment rooms are located in the buildings Hvezda and Neapol, with which Imperial is connected by a warm covered passage. In rare cases, when the spa hotels are overcrowded, part of the procedures can be carried out in the Centralni Lazne. The spa hotel “Hvezda” has a multi-functional device “BioCon-2000W”, which is successfully used in the treatment of prostate diseases, sexual dysfunction in men and women, constipation, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pediatric enuresis, pelvic inflammatory diseases.
From March 1, 2020, 49 renovated rooms of the "Superior Plus" category are at the guests' disposal. All of them are equipped with new air conditioners and rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers.
Pets are not allowed in the resort.

The road to the main spa colonnade with curative drinking mineral springs leads through almost flat terrain.
"Imperial" belongs to the spa hotels of the Ensana group, which are connected to each other by a warm indoor passage. In the clinic of the spa hotel "Nove Lazne" there is a buvette of mineral water from the spring "Forest", in the transition between the spa hotels "Centralni Lazne" and "Nove Lazne" - "Ambrozha", and in the clinic of the spa hotel "Maria Spa" - "Maria". If the patient is prescribed water from one of these springs, he will be able to undergo a drinking therapeutic course with this water without leaving the building. But, as a rule, the drinking course more often includes mineral waters of springs "Rudolph", "Carolina" and "Main", which must go through the street, because they are in the Main Colonnade. In warm seasons, you can drink water from "Rudolph" and "Carolina" springs in buvettes in the street, the distance to which is 250 meters.
The rooms here are spacious enough and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are also rooms for people with disabilities. The whole territory of the spa hotel also has barrier-free access. All staff in "Imperial" speaks English. Among the disadvantages I can highlight the fact that there is no own pool, not all categories of rooms have balconies. It should be noted that meals and treatment are provided in the spa hotel "Hvezda". The quality of food here at a good level, the menu is updated every day, the choice of dishes is sufficient, but among them a little boiled. The spa hotel has a diet nurse, who, if necessary, will help guests to make a plan for the right food. Medical base in the spa hotel "Hvezda" is one of the most impressive in the resort. A significant advantage over other spas and spa hotels in Marianske Lazne is that guests receive 24 treatments per week. The treatment is based on natural factors of the resort - peat mud, natural carbon dioxide, as well as mineral water supplied to the therapeutic department from springs for some water procedures. Please note that only in the clinic of the spa hotel "Hvezda" conducted the procedure "ultrasound" for the prostate, there is a device "Biokon-2000", which is used to treat diseases of the prostate, sexual dysfunction in men and women, constipation, incontinence of urine and stool, children's enuresis, inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs. All procedures are carried out clearly on schedule, there are never any queues. There are several doctors working here, among whom I would like to highlight Sergey Bortnik, a doctor who has been hosting guests at "Hvezda" for more than 15 years, as well as the head doctor Irena Pimkova. Guests can visit for free the spa center of the spa hotel "Hvezda", which has the largest pool in the resort, fitness center in the building of the spa hotel "Centralni Lazne", as well as some services of the spa hotel "Nove Lazne". In the "Maria Spa" building, guests can visit the spa's unique treatment "marino lake", during which the patient sits waist-deep in the "lake" of natural carbon dioxide in a special room, this procedure is combined with oxygen therapy.
