Friendly staff, there is entertainment almost every evening (80s disco or live music evening). Beautiful restaurant, simple but tasty food. Large swimming pool, there is a small sauna. From the door of the hotel there is a road straight into the forest - it’s great, there is an asphalt path in the forest, but in the evening the lights don’t work, it’s a shame. Beautiful view from the top, you can see the city and the forest and the mountains. I really enjoyed the excursion to Prague. Overall we had a good experience and had a good time.Negatives
I booked an apartment, the room was very disappointing: the bathroom was uncomfortable (the hairdryer was barely functional, there was no socket, no dryer, no heating, outdated design. The wallpaper and doors in the room were pretty worn out, the cleaning was also so-so, strange photo wallpaper on the walls. In the description of the sanatorium It was stated that they accept children from the age of 6, this was decisive when choosing, but in reality there is no children's program or special procedures. Every time we came to the Spa, they looked at us with surprise and said that this procedure was not suitable children. The doctor prescribed us procedures to suit our taste, 1-2 each, did not listen to our wishes, the doctor’s appointment was very formal. The atmosphere in the treatment department is more like a clinic or hospital, but definitely not like a Spa. 😂

Fresh, forest air. Quiet place, good view of the city. The hotel is very high up, but there is a shuttle to the city center every 2 hours. Beautiful hotel interior, many paintings. Polite staff. Delicious. ,good food. Good service in the restaurant. Special thanks to the waitress Masha (Masche Bysaga). In the world of saunas there is little opportunity to hang towels (not enough hooks). The Finnish sauna was weakly warm. When entering the sauna world, you had to leave your slippers at the entrance. Such rules are unacceptable (not hygienic, no matter how cold the floor is.) The attic room is very uncomfortable. There is an unpleasant smell in the closet.

We were left very disappointed. It started with a doctor's appointment that lasted a minute for two. If this is your first time and you don’t know what you want, then get something that requires less time and expense. It turned out that one procedure was not included in the list for the staff, so they did not apologize, but simply combined them together at one time. And as for the food. Breakfast is normal, but dinner is terrible, the food is not tasty. Location - if you have problems with the musculoskeletal system, then consider the hotel at the highest point. In short, our first experience with the sanatorium was not a success.

Even the restaurant manager did not see it as necessary to greet hotel guests when entering the dining room. The staff in the application areas was absolutely unfriendly and, contrary to what was stated in the brochure, hardly spoke any German. In the sauna facility I was handed torn bath towels. Sauna time only 2 hours. It was basically tracked with a stopwatch. With 4 stars, the facility is completely overrated.

The friendliness here is zero. There is no seating arrangement in the restaurant, so no one knows where and what is being served. Ordering drinks before the meal is hardly possible, they only speak Czech, the staff doesn't understand us. During the treatments, for example in the pearl bath, they are Open the bathroom door, turn on the device and they go out and if you're lucky they come in at the end, there's no one to help you get into the tub or get out. No one should fall here, no one will notice. The massage for me was a caress, not worth a cent. All applications, I bought 15 of them, were not worth the money. Do you even say hello there or don't you apologize if the staff is too late for appointments? There is an icy silence in Baleneo. We don't come back and there are no recommendations. Why do these people work here?

Only one thing bothered us a bit: the price of a doctor's confirmation is more expensive than a doctor's consultation! Confirmation is just a piece of paper with all the treatments for health insurance why is it more expensive than a visit to the doctor? Our opinion is: it should be illegally free!

A dog kept whining in the room opposite. He could also be heard as far as the second floor during the evening events. There were about 5 to 6 dogs there, that's just too many. When it came to the applications, I had the feeling that only cheap applications were prescribed. I only had one proper massage even though I have shoulder pain and IGS problems. No bath, no mud pack. Instead inhalation, gas injections and dry gas...?! Outdoor parking at 17 euros per day is way too expensive. In other hotels you pay 13 euros for the underground car park!

Against the backdrop of generally positive responses, the hotel management should pay special attention to the unfair operation of the bar. To all hotel guests! Please note that the cocktails are made from products that are not provided, instead of coconut milk and cream they will add regular milk that has expired, instead of pineapple juice they will add sour apple juice, and the drinks will be replaced with cheaper ones. After smoking, they don’t wash their hands and start cutting fruit to decorate their drinks. And so on

Doctor's appointment *I prescribe whatever I want*, the doctor did not introduce himself, he was dressed in sportswear, he was just going to training and came in to schedule one procedure, he forgot to put on his medical uniform. The doctor does not listen to the patient, the prescription is mainly paraffin gloves and inhalations, although she asked for gas injections. Some sanatorium procedures stated on the website are not available for the purchased tour. Possibly only for money. In one day, the gas injections were canceled altogether and a massage was offered. The apartment's windows overlook the parking lot, it's noisy all the time, cars come and go, car doors slam. The cleaning of the room was so-so, I had to run after the maid to pick up the trash, during the week of my stay they never vacuumed the room, towels were changed every day, bed sheets and bathrobes were never changed. The food is so-so, yesterday all the drinks were for money and tea too. For the last two days, the buffet was canceled and dinner was made to order. The baked goods in the morning are store-bought, not the most delicious. The baked goods yesterday were delicious.
