True, only on the last day did we find out that there were juices and champagne in the morning. Drinks with dinner are for a fee only. Prices are affordable. The waiters, girls and guys, do a great job. Thanks to them, especially Katerina, Tatyana, Alena. Thank you for allowing me to take some buns on the way back; there are special bags for sandwiches. Still, the drive takes 7-8 hours. Close to the sources. I liked the city! We traveled on foot and, for fun, by trolleybus. It was convenient to pay - in cash or by card.

The costs are small - 5-6 euros in "Aktione" - preferably TV channels in Russian - duplicate inscriptions and instructions in Russian are definitely needed - the contingent of Russian-speaking patients is significant. - remind the staff to smile (one of the nurses is very unkind) - free carafes of water provided for dinner - the pool leaves much to be desired - small and shallow, only for refreshing after the sauna. The area is very cramped and very hot. There was absolutely no desire to use it. Well, if we talk about the negative, then the biggest negative is the buses for transportation! Absolutely not suitable for a 6-8 hour drive, sitting in the front row! My legs swell terribly and my legroom is limited. There are two seats next to the driver, but it’s unclear how two people can sit there. The passenger was lucky this time - he was sitting alone. The passengers in the first row were upset when we went there, and the same way on the way back. It remains to wish the travel agency prosperity in order to purchase comfortable transport! We are planning to go to Lithuanian sanatoriums, but with such buses, we’ll probably refuse...

Very convenient and comfortable. The pool is heated. The linen is clean. The pool and sauna are clean. The work of the restaurant deserves high praise. A variety of dishes, an abundance of vegetables, sauces for them, additions to cereals, baked goods and wonderful desserts, fresh fruit every day, as well as smoothies made from them. Everything is in abundance and of good quality. The waiters work quickly and efficiently. Thank you! The hotel administrators are polite, friendly, and professionally trained. Negativity greeted us on the first day. A visit to the doctor, not only did he spend only 5 minutes on each patient, but he also stated that he did not want to communicate with us in Russian. Moreover, he told us about this in Russian. This is the first thing, then the lady at the information desk at the SPA, one might say, threw our procedure schedules at us without explaining anything, she simply said: “these are yours” and that’s all. Disgusting treatment of patients who paid them a lot of money. Then they changed our room instead of the classic one we had booked for a suite. It seemed like we should be happy, but no, we were not happy about it, it would have been better to have had a classic room, but with normal windows. The two-room suite had windows on the roof that could not be shaded, it was impossible not to open them, and of course it was not possible to look through them. For this purpose there were small windows; they were so small that they resembled a cell in a monastery. The bed linen in the room was never changed in 2 weeks. I would like to cancel one more thing; the stated jets in the pool never worked. Moreover, there were never employees there who could do this.
