The rooms are old with a strong unpleasant smell (from the sewer in the bathroom) and in the room itself. Breakfast is mainly sausages and cheeses, eggs. Every day the same thing! The dinners were not tasty and there were not always high-quality meat dishes. The hotel does not have a kettle in the room. Safe is paid! The room is not cleaned at all. They change towels and take out the trash and that's it! On the 7th day we went ourselves to ask that they at least change our bed. The carpet in the room is old and doesn’t smell nice and no one vacuums it... the doctor’s appointment was 5 minutes for two. It was not pleasant to see that the nurse prescribed all the procedures at her own discretion before the doctor’s appointment. The doctor just added gas injections.

На основании Вашей жалобы мы уволили начальницу отдела домработницу и провели большой тренинг для горничных, уделив особое внимание качеству работы, особенно чистоте помещений и смене белья. Мы подаем завтрак в форме шведского стола - каждый день много фруктов/овощей, на горячем столе - сосиски или мясной рулет, вареные яйца, омлет или пашот..., на холодном столе - несколько видов салями, сыра, паштета и спредов. , также мы предлагаем йогурты, несколько видов мюсли и кукурузные хлопья, джемы, ежедневно 4-5 видов выпечки в том числе цельнозерновой, а также сладкую выпечку – каждый гость каждый день выбирает только то, что ему нравится. На ужин мы готовим традиционную чешскую домашнюю кухню, которая может показаться вам несколько иной. Однако большинство наших гостей остаются довольны едой, ведь в нашем ежедневном меню есть как мясные блюда, так и постные или сладкие блюда – все наши блюда готовятся стандартизированно – всегда гость выбирает, что ему будет на ужин. Нам жаль, что вы остались недовольны едой. В наших номерах нет чайников, и мы не планируем их устанавливать. Горячая вода в ресторане предоставляется бесплатно. During the procedures you are treated like a family member (thanks to the always smiling sisters), and in the restaurant any whims and requests will be taken into account. Order dishes from the menu. Home kitchen. They specially prepared vegetarian dishes for us and accommodated any wishes. The portions are so huge that you will never leave hungry! The entire staff speaks excellent Russian and German. The location of the hotel speaks for itself, two minutes to the springs. I recommend. The room is warm (by the way, I was kindly given a room due to my personal wishes, so that the bed would be away from the window, without any additional payment!), comfortable beds, good pressure water in the shower. Thomas and Hanna cook delicious food, and the maids diligently clean the hotel. The rooms are cozy and clean. Medical workers Maria and Tanda treat vacationers who come for treatment with understanding, help relieve pain, and support them in word and deed. After two weeks of procedures, I felt a surge of strength, my back and knees stopped hurting, my sleep normalized and my appetite decreased, thanks to the sources.
