Small point of criticism: The opportunity to see Prague (included in the booking) is only available on one day of the week. We will take this into account the next time we book so that we can take advantage of the opportunity.

Spent a wonderful week with a friend at the Richard Hotel!! Wonderful welcome at the reception, cleanliness in the room, everyone in the treatment department works to the minute, attentive doctor, excellent sauna and swimming pool with jacuzzi. In the restaurant, the waiters are just flying around, respect to the chef and team, who are diversifying the menu in these difficult times. Of course, none of this would have happened without the excellent organizational work of the hotel management; you managed to create an excellent team!!! The location of the hotel is ideal: there are forests around, clean air, the springs are about 15 minutes on foot, which allows you to walk around a beautiful, well-kept city. We were delighted!!!! The food is very monotonous, there are no salads, there is no choice of meat for lunch and dinner, everything is monotonous. A huge request to replace the pillows and mattresses from which the back and sides hurt in the morning after sleeping.

In a 4-star hotel, in my opinion, the dinner menu could be more varied and the lack of a drink with dinner adds a minus point. and further . this has nothing to do with the hotel, but with the excursion to Prague, the bus is comfortable, the driver is attentive, Prague is magnificent! BUT THE TOUR GUIDE does not correspond to the position he occupies.
