Attentive staff, a standard set of procedures, cleaning every day, linen changed every three days. Located on the edge of the resort.. forest.. air.. walks.. The pool is always free.. the water is warm and clean.. Breakfast is good, dinner after day...apparently two cooks.Negatives
It’s a bit far from the springs..although I took it intentionally to walk...but the road is smooth. In the summer it’s possible to enjoy it, but in November it gets dark early and it’s scary to go get water before dinner..it’s dark...

The final massage session was apparently performed by a trainee - the effect of the procedure was more negative than positive. To get the procedures and back from the apartment you need to walk a little along the street, respectively, to dress and undress twice (in warm weather in the summer it is not necessary). If there is a break between procedures, then you need to change clothes a couple more times.

The first thing to note is that we paid for another sanatorium...But we were offered Marianske Lazne - two sanatoriums to choose from. They changed the sanatorium for us one day before departure, without explaining anything. And they took the money from us in advance, so it was impossible to refuse. Although when we arrived at the place, none of the guests paid in advance - everyone paid upon arrival. We were placed in the second building and had to walk through the courtyard for procedures at a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius. The restaurant is also located in the first building. There is no treatment. Sanatorium for practically healthy people. The pool is cold - the sauna is for an additional fee and they are located in different buildings. So one disappointment. Local residents said that they needed treatment in Frantiskovy Lazne. The cook in the restaurant is a separate minus - he doesn’t know how to cook at all.Answer from Spa Hotel St. Moritz

Everyday walking for water results in a pleasant walk along a wonderful forest path. The hotel itself is very cozy and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Food. While breakfast can still be called acceptable, dinner left much to be desired. Probably our cook is a very passionate person, because... the food was often too salty. Although I was pleased with the work of the waiters. The treatment itself leaves much to be desired. At the same time, the attitude of the health workers towards clients is simply wonderful.

In apartments, the shower room requires a shelf for gels and shampoos. for treatment: out of 26 procedures, you could choose only three massages. I would like 5-6 at least. and gas injections are given only three times a week. In previous years they were done every day. I think that the treatment is not organized enough.

There is zero treatment. There is a very small selection of treatments, from the name “Spa” there is only a small, poorly heated pool, in which there is more chlorine than water. The sauna, unlike what is shown on the website, is in a different building and for an additional fee. The food is disgusting, the choice is small and the quality is very questionable. Drinks, even water, are not included in the price of the tour.

I rested alone from 7/30/19 to 8/14/19. One minus of the sanatorium: it’s a bit far from the center and the colonnade. And the bus runs on a very inconvenient schedule. I had to walk. The way back is uphill, so it’s hard for those who have problems with their legs to walk .Taxi is not cheap, but possible if necessary. I didn’t have such a problem and I happily walked through the forest for 15-20 minutes to the center. The sanatorium is super!!!!!!!!! The food is excellent. The staff is responsive, they will always help and explain. There is always enough time and attention for all vacationers. The procedures are always on time. Many thanks to Daniela, who always met requests halfway and always remembered who had what procedure. She will always listen patiently and solve the problem. The person loves her job and it shows. Daniela, thank you for everything!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to Martina and Iveta, who do excellent massages. Daniela, Martina and Iveta always greeted you with a smile and were always friendly. Thank you very much and good luck with everything!!!!! I would especially like to say thank you to Olga the manager. She met me at the reception. When asked to change the towels, they changed them immediately. There were never any delays in the dining room, everything was tasty, clean, beautiful and sufficient. Thank you very much! The apartment is new, but without ambience, it echoes when you talk, you walk across the yard to eat, especially interesting when it's cold and raining! The dinner was a disaster, prepared cheaply and tastelessly. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!We had booked 2 nights, but left after the first. In the Czech Republic you have to book quality, for example Hotel Esplanada, otherwise it won't work. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!

It’s bad that the hotel had only one visit to the doctor in two weeks, this did not allow us to take full advantage of physiotherapy; reassign procedures rather than abandon them... the medical staff is sensitive and attentive, and the massage is light and insignificant.
