The rooms are good. The service for operation and reception was great. The maid excellent and thoughtful. The med. Applications were professional. The doctor was half-hearted about the matter and did not address the concerns. The food was filling and varied. Some of the vegetables were not cooked through. If you arrive by car, please note that there are no free parking spaces available; you must use a parking garage about 800 meters away. Costs approx. 42.00 euros per week. Very good location of the hotel right next to the large spa gardens and the colonnade.

I really liked the staff in the restaurant, varied and tasty food. Very friendly nurse. Thanks to the masseuses and other hospital workers. departments. They try to “get everything done”! The same can be said about room cleaning. Despite the rush, they smile. The atmosphere is still calm and pleasant. I would also like to mention the free trip to Prague. Guide Lenka is simply a miracle, only a local person can talk about his people and country with such love and humor, he never got bored the whole day. Not all of the treatments listed are actually available at the hotel. There are noticeable savings on staff, to put it mildly!!! The indicated pool hydromassage can be considered a joke, the size indicated is correct, really small. We hope that the tall young man at the reception will learn from his colleagues to smile at least sometimes (not to mention the tone of communication with guests).

We vacationed in Marianske Lazne for the first time. We chose the hotel on the recommendation of friends. The hotel has a very good location. The view from the window is amazing. The staff is friendly. We didn't really like the room when we checked in. A day later we were offered a room of a different category with a balcony. We really liked it. If we vacation in this hotel, we will only book this room. The medical staff is friendly and works in a very organized manner. The timing of the procedures was planned very conveniently. The head nurse has only recently worked at the hotel, but it’s very pleasant to communicate with her. The food at the hotel is good, you can follow a diet if you wish. Of the minuses, I can note the cleaning of the rooms. The bed was changed twice in two weeks. Towels were changed only when you threw them on the floor. Since we didn’t know about this (in other hotels they change them without this), they changed them for us after outrage. The room is cleaned in five minutes. They always asked me to vacuum more thoroughly. But these are all minor things.

EVERYTHING in the room did not work! The hairdryer was replaced with a new one, the air conditioner, as it turned out, only works in cold weather. The battery in the room and in the bathroom is completely disconnected! Heat up however you want (we arrived, it was cold). Sushi things however you want. The TV worked very poorly, it was practically impossible to watch it, but they couldn’t achieve anything - they accepted the application, wrote down everything in detail, said that the technician would fix everything, aaaand nothing changed! Food...... The first days were generally inedible!! Then somehow it improved a little, apparently due to the fact that people began to be indignant en masse. It is advisable to diversify the diet. The purpose of the procedures is formal, there is little massage. It’s better not to take a package with procedures, but to choose what you want and pay according to the price tag. It’s a pity that Sanatoriums doesn’t provide this opportunity.

My husband and I rested at the SPA Hotel "SUN" (Marianske Lazne) from November 13 to 24. Rest and treatment are simply "SUPER". The room is clean, the staff is friendly. There was no language barrier. The doctor listened to our health complaints with attention and prescribed exactly the procedures that were just right. The medical staff was extremely friendly. We are especially grateful to the head nurse and nurse Anna. I would especially like to note the catering at this hotel. The food was always tasty, fresh and varied (Thanks to the chef). The only thing that surprised me was that measuring blood pressure costs 50 kr (I have slight hypertension), whereas in our country the first thing a doctor measures is blood pressure, and even in the corridors there are devices for self-measurement (all free, of course). We didn’t find a single Russian-language channel on TV in the room.
