Not all of the applications that were previously seen in the video before booking were available. Didn't know how to address it. The return transfer was the worst for us. We asked the driver if we could sit in the front row, but was refused without any reasonable reason. When we said that not everything suited us, we were sent to a nurse, then she made an appointment for us to see a doctor the next day. The day was lost, the doctor spoke very incorrectly, as if he was doing us a favor. 2. At the reception they also speak not very friendly and if you don’t understand the first time they raise their voice. 3. And finally, regarding cleaning.
