I would like to thank the owners Irina and Valery and their assistant Anastasia for the sincere positive atmosphere that we felt during our two-week rest and treatment. We rented an apartment on the 3rd floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It’s clean and comfortable, just like the rest of the hotel. The massage therapist Anna, the physiotherapists Natalya Tamara are not only excellent professionals, but also very sincere people. It was with great pleasure that we relaxed and received treatment at the villa with the hospitable hosts Irina and Valery. The villa is located in a forested park area of the city. The combination of silence and clean air is just what you need after working days in the city. Treatment in the balneo is at a good level. All equipment is new. Medical personnel approach their work with great responsibility. The procedures take the necessary time to complete. If 25 minutes are needed, then the procedure will last 25 minutes, not 15; if 30 minutes are needed, then the procedure will last 30 minutes. In 20 years of holidays in the Czech Republic, this is the first sanatorium where such an approach to treatment. Many thanks to my beloved nurse Tamara! The advantage of this small sanatorium is that, unlike large hotels, there is never a queue for treatment, everything is according to plan, without delays. You can adjust your treatment plan or change procedures at any time. For which I am very grateful to Irina! The cleanliness of the hotel is such that slippers are not really needed, except in the medical department. (there are sterile tiles on the floor) And it is also important that two sources - Ferdinand and Rudolf - are located in the park not far from the villa. All restaurants where you can have a varied lunch or dinner at an affordable price are within walking distance. During our 2-week stay at the SPA HOTEL Villa Walirr, we experienced comfortable conditions * cleanliness * silence * caring team led by the hospitable hostess Mrs. Irina and her deputy Mrs. Anastasia * Many thanks to the medical team - they are professionals in their field! Massage therapists Mrs. ANNA and Mr. JOSEF*, physiotherapists Mrs. Natalya* and Mrs. TAMARA*. Near the villa there is a large park with walking paths * springs with mineral healing water FERDINANDO AND BROUND. There are buses to go to the Colonnade with hot and cold drinking springs. Administrator Anastasia is a wonderful, sincere person with a kind heart and patiently explains everything where and how to get there.

Overall, I only rate good things for the sanatorium. nice people, beautiful place, clean inside and outside, air, excellent breakfasts... the only negative, in my opinion, is only the breakfasts. On the one hand, there is a certain freedom of choice, and on the other hand, at the resort you begin to decompose from the head. and then suddenly you have to think again “what, where.., how much.” In general, this resort is not for me. You only filter beer and air. Thank God the weather was good for a beach holiday on the local lake. We need something more active... so that the spine crumbles. And then you can come here to be treated for your back, money and cockroaches in your head;).

My wife and I are 100% satisfied. Since the location of the Villa Walir Spa Hotel is close to a park with water sources and walks in the park. A quiet and cute town without the noise and pressure of a big metropolis. The Director and Owners of the Spa Hotel Villa Walir, Mrs. Irina and Valery, are such nice and pleasant people that it seems to me that I was visiting my parents at home, for which I have great respect for them. I really liked the apartment on the 3rd floor. Clean, comfortable, cozy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, beautiful view from the window, calm atmosphere, 10 minutes to the Ferdinand and Rudolf springs. 15-20 minutes to the center through a green park. Very friendly, attentive staff, cordial owners. Homely warm atmosphere. Beautiful garden with gazebo, parking. Quiet street next to the park. We felt good and useful in this sanatorium. These are not disadvantages, rather a small wish that we voiced to the owners and they kindly took into account. Breakfast consists of a standard set of products such as muesli, yogurt, cheese, sausage, eggs, tomato, cucumber, bread, muffin, jam, tea and coffee. I would like more attention from the canteen staff and replenish food on time. And I would like more variety. We were also sorry that the coffee machine could not be used during the day. But these small wishes do not affect our overall very good impression, thank you Irina and Valery for everything.

Unfortunately, the tour operator didn't inform me that instead of the half board I had booked, I could only expect accommodation with breakfast, so I always had to look for a restaurant in the evenings, which isn't great for a solo traveler. I was also the only hotel guest. In this situation you can feel very lonely. Of course, this whole situation contributed to the fact that we were happy when the stay was over. Cleanliness in a very cozy room and throughout the entire premises, varied and delicious breakfasts, professionalism and attitude of honey. staff, excellent procedures, very comfortable accommodation, where on one side a few meters away there is a park, springs, and on the other side there is a central street with shops, restaurants and other attractions. I booked this trip because it was offered with half board. Unfortunately, we found out on site that the spa hotel Villa Walir is only accommodation with breakfast. Due to the size of the accommodation, half board cannot be offered. We got our money back, but we had to look for a restaurant every day. We wanted to avoid this and booked this trip. We admired the beauty of the city of Marianske Lazne and the surrounding nature with a large number of sources of healing mineral water.
