The hotel needs major renovation. Especially the rooms (I lived in a tiny single room 94 and 92). The walls in the shower room are shabby. I don’t understand how such hotels can be passed off as 4 stars. Breakfast should be hot. No need to pile up a bunch of snacks.

I do not recommend going to Moncatini Terme before May 1, because the main thermal baths are closed, and the general thermal pool is very small and you need to bring towels with you.

We chose this hotel on the recommendation of friends and in consultation with the sanatoriums campaign, in principle we were satisfied with the holiday, but some issues would have been worth ironing out. Every now and then the cuisine was either tasty or similar to store-bought food, probably depending on the shift. I would also like a larger selection of drinks, especially teas. The room and spa complex are flawless. The resort itself was very impressive with its beauty.

I was pleased with my stay at the hotel - everything was at the highest level and justified its stars. The room is clean and has everything you basically need. The food is good, I liked it, everything is fresh. There are no cons, a decent hotel for the money.

I liked everything, especially the food. Interestingly, if you buy a bottle of wine and leave it unfinished, the waiter will write your name on the bottle and leave it for the next day. The staff, by the way, is Russian speaking... which is very convenient.
