I really liked the town, the hotel, the service at the hotel was also excellent. I didn't really like the doctor at the Redi Medical Center. We spent the last four days out of twelve without leaving the room, because my mother’s blood pressure had risen greatly. I had to call a doctor (thanks to the hotel staff, who showed great sensitivity and care), who said that the drinking regimen of mineral water had been incorrectly prescribed.

Beautiful hotel right in the city center. The railway station is within walking distance. Despite the central location, it is quiet, cozy and green around the hotel. Large rooms, excellent bathroom, beautiful lobby, two restaurants ... easy walking distance to Therma, parks and various cafeterias.

Friendly staff, but we stood in line to see the doctor for almost 3 hours, then there were problems with the procedures, we were told that the sanatorium does not give them information, and therefore the problems. There was stress, but nature and the weather corrected everything. Thank you sanatorium, I only learned about this beautiful place in Tuscany from you,

Hotel location: city center, 2 steps from the Tettuccio springs and the Terme Redi SPA balneological center with baths and mud, 5 minutes walk to the Montecatini Centro Stazione train station (50 minutes by super-comfortable train to Florence). Room: large with recent renovation and new equipment, furniture, bath and bedding. Restaurant: chef, quality, quantity and variety of dishes and products. Service: exceptional friendliness and real help in resolving any issues, special praise to the maids - perfect cleanliness and not a single meeting (neither in the room nor in the corridor) for 2 weeks, the waiters are also unobtrusively kind, there are no inconveniences or restrictions when choosing in Swedish in the morning table, nor during evening restaurant service and independent choice on the vegetable, fruit and dessert tables. Availability of Russian-speaking staff: 4 people. 24-hour uninterrupted wi-fi in the room and throughout the hotel. The conductor of this wonderful ensemble is always elegant and refined, exceptionally attentive and hospitable with guests, but strict and demanding with the staff, the owner of the hotel, Signora Luciana. We cannot write the best words about Montecatini Terme. Wonderful place, clean air, endless parks, proximity to Florence and Pisa. The resort itself has great traditions... the treatment center has natural mud and a swimming pool with thermal water. Our hotel is very cozy, the quality of services corresponds to the price. Special praise for the food. Recommending.

The staff doesn’t care about the Russian language at all, although there are a lot of Russians who go to Montecatini, and there are also quite a few of our compatriots in the hotel... all through the sanatorium campaign.

Excellent location.. the hotel is located in the very center of Montecatini Terme.. and there is a lot to see in the city and in the surrounding area. The hotel has Russian-speaking staff, everyone is pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. I tried a low-calorie diet and, with mud therapy and swimming in the pool, I lost a lot of weight. I will definitely come back here. It's just a couple of minutes walk to the treatment center!
