For 10 days they did not provide the opportunity to pay with a bank card, they said that it was broken, I had to go to the city and withdraw cash from the card to pay for hotels, and for this I lost 18 manat cashback, plus the inconvenience of all this payment, they did the same to foreigners, they had to send the payment to some card and with this transfer of money to another card, interest is also charged for the transfer of money, and the hotel refuses to pay taxes. Several times I approached and demanded payment with a card and they told me whoever you want can complain, this answer is very rude and unacceptable

It was my first time in this sanatorium, the staff works great and we were greeted well, we were put in a room from the beginning to a room on the fifth floor in the attic. But we didn’t like this number and my child and I were changed without any problems. As for the food, there was a lot of variety of fruit, it was plentiful and tasty. The pool for the children was what they needed to do if not this pool there was practically nothing to do for the kids.Negatives
There were a lot of people during the procedures; there was a crowd of people standing in front of each doctor’s office. The chief doctor warned us that the program was being updated and there were some glitches. My wife was not given any procedures because those who were breastfeeding were told it was strictly forbidden to have treatment with paraffin. If I had known that it was forbidden, I would not have vacationed there; I couldn’t find anywhere on the websites what procedures were possible and what was not. They prescribed 7 days of massage for my wife instead of procedures, but as I wrote above that a crowd of people were standing there, she didn’t receive them)). On the fourth day, the food became worse, suddenly everyone’s stomach began to twist and hurt, some had vomiting and weakness, this was from 08/19/22 to 08/23/22 in the restaurant they gave something to panic, they gave meds for pain, doctors went and measured the pressure, looked at the temperature with a thermometer, we asked cardiologist, what’s the matter since she went there to look after the main ones in the absence of the head doctor, there was silence in response, they couldn’t find out what was wrong and had to leave there 3 days earlier, she didn’t stop getting sick, suddenly her wife and children started getting sick. They silently gave the medicine one at a time and continued to work))

The employees are correct and virtuous, and we are very grateful to all of them. The food is very tasty and varied. The treatment is super: naphthalan baths, applications, as well as physiotherapy where naphthalan is used are very effective. The effectiveness of the treatment is felt within several days. I arrived at the hotel for 14 days. I got great pleasure while relaxing and taking baths. The treatment was at the highest level. The hotel itself has a beautiful design and comfortable living conditions. I especially wanted to emphasize the sophistication of the cuisine, the chefs are superb. But the most important thing is the service staff. Everyone behaved courteously and was attentive in everything. Starting with the work of the receptionist: (Nasib) and emphasizing the work of the doctors and staff: (Elmeddin, Samir, Gulnara, Maya, Aisha, Ravan, Nahida) Everything was just great. In the evenings they organized entertainment shows under the direction of the wonderful singer Rufat. It was fun. Thanks to excellent rest, regular and high-quality nutrition and complex naftalan treatment, I have seen a noticeable improvement in my health. Thank you all so much. I will recommend Gold Naftalan everywhere.
