Applications of purified naphthalan in Naftalan
The procedure is performed using tarred naphthalan, which is applied with a thin layer of brush to various parts of the patient’s body. After applying naphthalan, the patient is wrapped in warm towels and he is at rest. Applications with purified naphthalan are also prescribed for patients who cannot take naphthalan baths. The procedure can be performed 2 days in a row with a break on the 3rd day or every other day. The course of treatment is 12-15 procedures.
