And the woman does classical massage very well. And her husband is an equally wonderful specialist But, unfortunately, I forgot her name.Negatives
At the end of the treatment, my mood deteriorated. I really liked the classic massage, so I asked Monica to change the manual massage to a classic one. It would be better if I didn’t do this. The lunch time was given at 14.30. A young guy came. And as soon as he started doing a back massage, it became clear that he I’m not a massage therapist at all... I don’t even want to write the details... Just strong pressure on the kidney area... After I complained to Monica, she said that she would tell the doctor... That’s how it all ended.

The staff is friendly and responsive. corresponds to 3.5* by Western standards. The most important thing is the quality of treatment! Everything is in one building - you don't have to go anywhere. maximum attention and responsiveness. the ability to change both the time and essence of the procedures, taking into account the client’s wishes. Languages of communication: Slovak and German. Their knowledge of Russian is average, English - not at all. Time flies quickly, and we need to go home... Until the next visit!

If you are a fan of evening walks, then after sunset, the place where the hotel is located is quite dark. One minus that I didn’t like is for some reason there is no water to drink in the restaurant for lunch and dinner, you have to buy a bottle of water or juice from them yourself. And also, when you buy a package with procedures, be careful how many procedures are included. I was in the hotel for 13 days. I had 11 procedures, which I think is very little. It was necessary to purchase additional treatment, the prices are not low.

Excellent location, beautiful nature nearby, the center and the train station are close, but the noise does not reach the hotel. The pool is super, large with warm water. Breakfast is delicious. The room is always clean. A big plus is snow-white bed linen, fresh towels, comfortable robe and slippers.
