A magnificent, well-kept town, with kind and helpful people. The entire staff works well! Excellently organized excursions by managers: Eva, Veronica.. Wonderful Russian-speaking guide Irina! She presented the information very interestingly and was attentive and courteous with all participants in the excursion! Almost all of the medical staff understands Russian. Doctor Timonina competently prescribed procedures and made corrections if necessary. The treatment is effective! I will definitely recommend it to my friends!Negatives
I value my night's sleep... But since the hotel is located in the center, it can be noisy. Firstly, because of parking cars (slamming doors) and secondly, because of people walking (mostly young people) talking loudly at night!Answer from Hotel Vila Trajan

Please better coordinate the time of procedures among yourself. very often the earliest time is not the only one. It’s not clear why not install something more convenient, especially in combination with other procedures. very "Soviet" organization of food BUT the staff works great!!

There is no hairdryer in the room, but you can take it from the reception in the evening, and you need to return it in the morning. There is no dining room, you need to go to the Yalta hotel (5 minutes - this did not bother us at all). There is no air conditioning in the room and mosquito nets on the windows. A Overall a very nice hotel, we were satisfied.

I liked the safe in the room, but I want to note the decency of the staff; several times before procedures I forgot jewelry on the bedside table, everything was in place. Cleaned every day, soap and shampoo were also placed in the bathroom every day. The restaurant has good service, quality menu, large portions
