"Esplanade Ensana Health Spa Hotel, wing Alameda" is located on the so-called Kupelny island of Piestany resort, in its center. In terms of comfort and conditions for relaxation, it is in the top three in the resort. The hotel has 197 rooms, check-in is held at the reception of the sanatorium "Esplanade".

The peculiarity of “Esplanade Alameda” is that guests undergo all the procedures in a large medical and health center connected to the spa hotel by a warm covered passage. That is, “Esplanade Alameda” is actually a building where guests live, eat (the resort has 5 restaurants) and relax in the spa area with pools filled with partially thermal mineral water. Daily visits to pools with thermal mineral water are an important component of musculoskeletal apparatus. Notice that the Gallery restaurant serves only guests staying in premium-category rooms of the Esplanade wing.

The balneological building in which the guests of “Esplanade Alameda” undergo all the procedures is one of the most modernized in the European resorts with a wide range of procedures. The treatment process is based on the use of thermal mineral water in the procedures, which is supplied to the balneocenter, natural sulfuric therapeutic mud, as well as physiotherapeutic methods. The balneological center also has a drinking spring of thermal mineral water, which the resort doctors recommend to use as an additional therapy for osteoporosis and a lack of mineral substances in the body.

Early check-in from 8am: 60 EUR/room, late check-out till 6pm: 60 EUR/room (30 EUR/room till 2pm).

I recommend spa hotel "Balnea Palace" to the guests, who wish to live in comfortable conditions and undergo high-quality, and most importantly, effective spa treatment and diseases of the musculoskeletal system using local natural factors - thermal water, which includes a large amount of hydrogen sulfide, and therapeutic mud, which, in addition to hydrogen sulfide, also contains so-called anaerobic bacteria.

I have been visiting this spa since 2012 and I always stay in this spa hotel, and I can say that the rooms here are very comfortable, each of them has a climate control system and single rooms have a large bed. The quality of food in the spa hotel's restaurant at a normal level, I can not emphasize anything special. All therapeutic procedures guests are held in the hospital "Balnea", with which is connected to the spa hotel with a warm indoor passage. I note that the advantage of the spa hotel is that it is closest to the hospital compared to other spa houses in Piestany. The hospital employs highly qualified medical staff, and guests can get advice from a nutritionist. Rehabilitation is also carried out at a high level here.
