Wonderful resort!!! My friend and I arrived for just a week at the beginning of April 2024, joining our parents who arrived a week earlier. I liked everything very much, the location of the sanatorium is wonderful, a huge park, everything is in bloom, very beautiful, the river is a five-minute walk away, swans, ducks, beauty. From the room window there is a wonderful view of the park. A French balcony is enough. We were lucky with the weather: 21-27 degrees. The impressions from the procedures are very good, the results are obvious, despite the fact that we were only there for a week, the lower back pain went away. The SPA is a significant addition, every day we went to the pool and saunas. Many thanks to the management of Sanatoriums.com for their help in correcting the error when booking a trip for parents! We recommend everyone to holiday in Piestany! We will definitely be back next year!

The price/quality ratio is super! Clear organization / excellent quality of treatments / luxurious spa / friendly staff! Delighted with the restaurant (nothing too salty/good selection of vegetable salads; nice waiters - everything I like). If at the beginning I was surprised by the short duration of the procedures, on the third day I appreciated the “gentle regimen” (I probably wouldn’t have been able to withstand more intensive treatment ;) I would especially like to note the professionalism of Yana (these are massages and massages...!) and the wonderful guide Veronica (a very interesting excursion!) Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful experience. This was our first time experiencing a stay at a treatment facility. Fortunately, it was at a great facility like yours. We truly felt that the treatments provided were very helpful. The food was very well prepared but more importantly it was very healthy food. Very appropriate for a health spa. I wish to single out the following staff members for being so kind and helpful: Though I don't know her name, the woman who cleaned our room on the 5th floor, Jana Duricova and Lubos Lancak from the reception area, concierge Andrea, Dr. Mikultsia, Katka at beauty treatment and all the food facility staff. We plan on returning, perhaps even this year.Negatives
Though 90% of the staff was very friendly and helpful, the other 10% was not. There were times when it felt like they were bothered that a question for assistance was being asked. The assumption was made that we should know the process, even though it was our first time.

The food seems to be varied, but after a few days it gets boring, it could be better. In winter, in some common rooms it blows from huge windows - a defect in the architecture of the 70-80s of the last century.

1.Rooms need to be renovated: dirty walls and very dirty stained carpet. When I came, toilet did not work, and it was leakage under the sink. It took 3 days to fix. It was Alameda. 2.Food was not bad, but almost the same every day. No variety at all. 3.I am not allergic to anything: not food, not to medications. But I developed allergy to mineral water. Doctor cancelled all water treatments, but substitutions were not equal. I did not get what I paid for. Very disappointed.

Bulky and shabby furniture in the hotel lobby 4. Elevators from the times of “Ochakov and the conquest of Crimea” do not at all correspond to the declared level of comfort. 5. The bed was changed only after contacting the maid, on the seventh day 6. Parking is paid, the advertisement promised free 7. The hotel is at most 3 stars. Doesn't deserve 4 stars.

The doctor seemed to listen and nodded, and when they printed out his prescriptions, I had to go to him 2 more times to correct it. At the end he was generally very nervous, spoke only Slovak, apparently does not understand Russian. I asked for a shoulder, he assigned the back instead of the shoulder to the parafango. It’s good that the medical staff was understanding. There are some secret rules in prescribing procedures. I've been reading about this in reviews since '19. If they had declassified it, we would have known, for example, that 2 physical exercises per week are mandatory, 1? dirt, 1 traction only, 1-2 parafangos.... very weak Wi-Fi signal. for 4* they could have strengthened it.

Before the quarantine, we were treated at this resort 4 times. We liked the treatment, the park in which the hotels are located, and the swimming pool. Didn't really like the food. Especially compared to Karlovy Vary. But now the food has improved. And what was good remained so. The hotel itself is normal. Only the numbers are sketchy. And in general - we are already planning the next trip here. I could not find better conditions than at the sanatorium. We recently visited Rogaska, Karlovy Vary and Abano Terme. Our doctor is careless at work. Reprinted past assignments and everything. And he didn't even offer to do tests (although they were included in the price). It was my wife's birthday, and although we are not here for the first time, we are not far from the hotel.

This complex was built specifically as a sanatorium, so everything in it is very conveniently located, the elevators are large, the rooms spacious. Excellent spa complex, where a wide variety of therapeutic procedures are carried out. Water from the source for drinking is supplied directly to the building. I consider the food for a sanatorium to be quite sufficient. A wonderful pool, if only it were a little deeper - swim at a depth of 1 2 meters is not very convenient.Negatives
Among the staff at the reception and especially in the dining room there are unfriendly, impolite, even arrogant people who treat hotel guests as annoying and annoying beggars. They are probably not trained to communicate with older and sick people. It’s a pity that on 02/18/23 the hotel was unexpectedly closed and we were moved.
