Treatment cardiomyopathy in Poděbrady

The collective name of the lesions of the heart muscle, the etiology of which is not associated with inflammation, tumors or ischemia. Depending on the causes, symptoms of cardiomyopathy can be: shortness of breath, cyanosis, cardiac asthma, pain and enlargement of the liver, ascites, swelling, neck vein swelling, cardialgia, dizziness, weakness, fainting, pallor, etc. There is no special therapy for cardiomyopathy, treatment is aimed at preventing life-threatening complications. Patients need constant monitoring by a cardiologist, planned hospital admissions, diet correction and exercise regime. Only in the most severe cases surgical treatment is prescribed.
